We originally planned to spend one night at this hotel, but we were so impressed by the room, we extended our stay by one night before we even had time to sit down and enjoy it.
The room was spacious and clean and full of modern amenities. The location was convenient and easy to get in and out of. It was a good location for a family that wanted to be close enough to Miami to get to some of the sights, without being so close to the craziness of the city that you didn't feel like you could relax.

En un sector muy bueno, facil de llegar a "sawgrass mills" por la 75 que también te conecta rapido con "Florida's Turnpike 821 y 91" que te lleva rapido donde quieras, limpio y muy bien mantenido, muy buen desayuno, y el personal muy atento en especial los de origen latino.

I was impressed with the gentleman at the check (if I am not mistaken, Jason is his name) in at night of my arrival. He did truly care!
I am used to arrive to the hotels and have the concierge pay for my taxi and put the bill on the room.
Holiday Inn Express doesn't do it. Neither they have a facility to charge my credit card and give me cash (the taxi did not take cards). Therefore, I had to go around the town looking for a cash point, but when I came back, the receptionist was saying he was looking for means how to do it after I left wondering and he confirmed there was not way... It's a simple thing, but I saw he cared. It made me feel valued and welcomed. In addition, he truly appreciated my elite status and thanked for my loyalty - again, not just to say that, he meant it.
In the morning, another receptionist, Patricia I believe (I am horrible with names - sorry), went a long way getting us a cab that accepted credit card payments.
Thank you for making it so human for our stay. Your understanding and support (for two stranded travellers who missed their connection and could not find any hotel to stay in for over two hours...) has made even the most basic short stay a memorable experience!

My stay could have been better. The room was spacious, however we had ants by the kitchen sink. The location of the room was close to the back door entrance, and their was a lot of noise/traffic when we was sleeping. Overrall I like the location and area the hotel was in. Thanks!

If you're looking for a simple place to stay, this hotel is fine for that. I travel a lot for business and this is a convenient place to stay. As for the amenities:
Beds, too firm (not my preference)
Breakfast, noting special.
Coffee, nothing special (most other brand hotels at least offer a verity of flavored creamers).
Rooms, noting special (sofa is not comfortable)
TV reception, nothing special (an HD TVs is in every room but no HD channels).
Computer access, very slow (again, I travel for business and updating my laptop with the daily email is so slow it's almost painful).

I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express's all over the country. The service and professionalism at this unit was one of the best if not the best I have witnessed. My reservation was complicated because part was using points and part was normal payment. This was handled with care and no problems. Well done.

Too many exccuses from Manager on duty.
Asked for an exchange of an exec desk chair.
Manager in formed me that they were oversold and had no extras.
Chair was deliberatley low for wheelchiar access. Being handicapped I didn't need or appreciate the several responses from the Manager on duty.
Breakfasts are becomming too consistently blazee.
Maybe we are staying at HIE too often.
Lighting in room was inadequate.
Bathroom supplies ran out and no one replentished.
A bad experience.

I have been working in pembroke pines a few days a week for the past year. I have stayed at other hotels but none offer the pleasent staff and security that this hotel does. i had my vehicle broken into at competitors hotel. So I was very happy to see a guard walking the property at night here in pembroke pines. The rooms are always clean and the staff are extremely nice, they know me by name now. You wont be dissapointed in staying here!

Good property, but I was disappointed in their compliance with Priority Club upgrades. I called the day before I checked in, and inquired about an upgrade based on my Platinum status, I was told that the premium rooms were all booked for the duration of our stay. When I checked in, I asked again and was given the same response. I asked to be notified if something opened up, but was told there were booked solid. That night, I checked on the Priority Club website and could have booked three premium rooms for the duration of my stay. Not sure why they didn't want to honor the Platinum upgrade, but it was apparenty the staff had been so instructed. I fully understand that if revenue rooms can be booked vs perk rooms, that is the way it goes, but when I learned that there were rooms available, I was disappointed in the property and the program

Only stayed one night but we were impressed with the room size and comfort, breakfast room and food, and staff professionalism and attitude. Good location, easy parking and everything else was very good. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lives up to expectations--clean room, professional staff, good breakfast. Bed seemed a little worn and too soft. Breakfast was great for us--lots of choices including fresh fruit, yogurt and protein. Always refreshed and well stocked, until 9:45--and they ended it. Went down to get coffee and all cleaned up and put away by 10 am. When they say BF served until 10 am, they mean it! Business center was fine--small, but internet was okay.

The room was very comfortable, staff and breakfast area were very nice. The 2 things that were very lacking to me were the exercise room and the internet. Very little equipment to use in the exercise room (and one piece was broken!), The internet service was extremely slow (think dial-up). Overall a nice hotel, but time to upgrade the above mentioned items.

I was disappointed with the fact that we could not connect to the WIFI and/our internet at this location. I went to the front desk with this problem twice. They directed me to an eight hundred phone number and that still did not solve the problem. I was not the only guess with this problem; there were others during our stay.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. My only problem was the pillows were not very comfortable. The bed was fine. The room was very nice. Breakfast selection was a good variety.

It was clean and the staff was friendly other than the food staff taking the breakfast food away before it was even 10 AM. I had to beg them not to put away the food as I was hungry. The pool was nice. The internet was very slow and at time did not work. I would never return to this hotel.

Free internet isn't much use if it doesn't work, which reduces the overall value.
Told on check-in that I had a late checkout privilege with my priority membership. On the last day was told no late checkout was possible even with the membership. So much for that.

When we checked in, we were told that in order to get towels for the pool, we'd have to turn in dirty/room towels. That way they could ensure they had enough guest towels for everyone - fair enough. However, when we got to the room, we noticed that there were only 4 bath towels for 3 of us - two of us women with long hair - meaning we needed 2 towels each. When I asked about getting another bath towel, I was told that there was a limit of 4 bath towels per room. In all my years of staying in chain hotels (I'm 52 years old) I've never been denied another bath towel.

This location is modern, clean and the staff is very helpful. The room is very comfortable and I wish I had the same mattress in my bedroom.
Having said that, the breakfast is absolutely the worst I've ever had... and that is saying something. How can you screw up orange juice? Cardboard muffins? And don't bother getting there around 9.30 because apparently they only stock breakfast items once, then you're on your own...even though its supposed to be complimentary from 7 - 10.

very disappointed told by reservation room was with a sofa sleeper needed for third child who had to sleep on floor talked to management really did nothing, In the service industry no service provided and no follow up not our fault property is not connected with there reservations very disappointing!!!!!

For a two night stay, I was pleased with most of the accomodations. It is difficult to locate because it is tucked in behind a car dealership. The room was spacious and accomodating. The King size bed in my room was worn and had a sinking spot which made it difficult to get comfortable, but that would be my only complaint.

I was really disappointing stay, I had an internet which feels like dial up, after repeated complain about it staff did not show any enthusiasm to do something about it, everytime I called they told me so many people are using it, I even tried 1:00am and 6:00am but same response it was disgusting expirience, I could not do any of my work.
