Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Staff The staff here was wonderful and caring. Every need/question was answered with a yes! My main disappointment was the lack of a restaurant or coffee shop. The room was lovely, but they could add better pillows. Overall though, the staff made up for any deficiencies.. June 17, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Pensacola Beach. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was so nice eating breakfast in the outdoor area overlooking the beach. The zero entry pool was perfect for my 2 year old. The staff was great! We will definitely stay again. June 13, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Bad Seat in the House! I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The design of the building is marvelous. There is a view of the Gulf of Mexico and beach from every area. The first thing you see when you enter the lobby is the beach- talk about a grand entrance! I used to work for a hospitality company and I would say that the staff here works very hard to provide the "customer service experience." Everyone was smiling, kind and friendly! It doesn't cost anything extra and it makes a great difference! The hotel is located down the beach a bit from the center of Pensacola Beach and the beach in front of the hotel is very quiet and secluded, almost like a private beach. The breakfast was above average with plenty of protein selections each day. The pool is very nice, although we enjoyed the beach so much we didn't spend much time there. The entire building is nonsmoking, which is a huge plus in my book. I highly recommend this hotel! June 13, 2016
