Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by outstanding our stay at this holiday inn express was superb compared to our stay in Braydenton, Fl. The room accommodations here are so far greater than the other Holiday Inn. I had ample room for my motorized chair and the door was wide enough that I had more than enough room to get through, unlike the Holiday Inn in Bradenton, fl. where I barely got my chair through the door. I damaged one of the arms on my motorized chair (ripped the leather covering) during my stay in Bradenton, fl.Your room allowed more than enough room for my chair where as the other hotel left me absolutly none. Everytime we went to use the bathroom we would either trip over my chair, stub our feet and had to really maneuver around to get where we wanted at the Holiday inn in Bradenton, Fl. I gratefully acknowledge your hotel's excellence in all aspects of the hotel culture and operations. Expect for my wife and I to return again to you're superb hotel. Hopefully the corporate office's of "IHG" chain of hotel's recieved my survey on the hotel in Bradenton, Fl. Again my heartfelt "THANK YOU" August 19, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pool heater broken We checked in and when we went to the pool, there was a note on the door saying that the pool heater was broken. We were not informed of this at check-in, and with a 2 1/2 year old, that put a HUGE damper on the stay. We tried to swim but it was just too cold. After complaining to the desk clerk, she said that it had been out of order for quite some time. I know other families had the same experience. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known at check-in. August 17, 2014
