Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pool heater broken We checked in and when we went to the pool, there was a note on the door saying that the pool heater was broken. We were not informed of this at check-in, and with a 2 1/2 year old, that put a HUGE damper on the stay. We tried to swim but it was just too cold. After complaining to the desk clerk, she said that it had been out of order for quite some time. I know other families had the same experience. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known at check-in. August 17, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible The air did not work, could not be fixed or looked at as there was no managment or maintance staff on hand. The crib we requested had what looked like dried blood all over the side of the rails (we had to clorox after long wait in lobby and only one staff memeber on hand). Room was not clean feeling, stains on covers, bathroom was dingy. August 11, 2014
