Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Typical Hotel turned Motel Front desk staff upon check in were horrible. Did not greet me, gave me a key to room that was occupied. Then gave me a key that did not work. Took 3 trips up and down the elevator to finally get into my room. The stairwell was dirty all six days I was here. Never got cleaned. The coke machines on every level were out of order. The fitness center is a joke. 3 machines, no weights and the treadmill was broken. No problem there is a nice bike path/trail next to the hotel. The room is average, bed and pillows are comfortable. The chair and ottoman are old and NOT comfortable. Bathroom was average. Exterior is nice, next to a Cracker Barrel and nearby are a good choice of restaurants. Overall, I got the impression that ownership is not interested in investing in their property to make sure guests feel good about their experience. The Motel is going the wrong direction. This was my 2nd stay at this Holiday Inn. I will not repeat. January 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ok stay I am a platinum elite member, so I stay at Holiday Inns alot. This was ok, not one of the better ones. Hot water was an issue every morning. Also, the waterflow from the sinks was limited. Had to use the bathtub faucet to shave/brush teeth. Last night in the area I stayed at the holiday inn suites at the airport. Night/day difference. Should have stayed there every night. January 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Welcome Home The hotel and its amenities provide an ideal getaway for our troops returning home from a deployment to enjoy time with their families. Professional attitude, warm friendly service from the staff gives you more than the usual client/guest expectations from a hotel and its staff. While the hotel is pet friendly it also is very dedicated to service animals and their needs. They reach out to meet the needs of the veteran handler and his service dog partner. This serves as an example many hotels could learn from, January 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great breakfast and comfortable room We have stayed at this Holiday Inn many times and have never been disappointed. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff always makes our stay very pleasant. Everyone is very nice especially Wanda who goes out of her way to be helpful. The only problem this time was that there were two light bulbs out over the bathroom sink and the desk chair was dirty. We didn't bring it to the staff's attention because we just changed out light bulbs with a lamp we weren't using and put a towel on the seat of the chair. Other than that we had an extremely pleasant stay. December 31, 2014

They go out of their way to make each visit a good experience. it is a good location, near restaurants, shopping and entertainment. December 19, 2014
