I stayed in numerous cities, occasionally repeating visits in locations, in visits ranging from a couple of days on through 8 weeks.. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by House Hunting Respite When we walked in the door to check in, the desk staff greeted us like old friends. We had stayed there once before, but did not expect to be remembered. We were upgraded to an unused suite, which turned out to be a terrific thing. For two days of house hunting we were able to take refuge in our hotel room, a lot more comfortable that we would normally have been. It was terrific! April 19, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed Stayed here for 8 nights while my dad was having surgery in a nearby hospital. The Good +Very convenient to the 101 freeway for easy commute to and from hospital. +Variety of nearby restaurants. +Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and management. +Ample parking. +Large room. +Very little noise from other guests, doors banging, elevators, etc. The Bad -My room was never serviced before 5:30 or 6:00 in the evening. -The cleaning/service staff seemed extremely inept and/or lax - 4 hotel staff members standing around in the hallway on my floor texting or talking on their cell phones at 5:30pm while 1 appeared to be cleaning rooms. -Broken phone in my room. -Broken refrigerator in my room -- froze my items solid each night even on the lowest setting. The Ugly --Each morning my sink would gurgle and overflow with nasty grey water and waste. --Went to get coffee from one of the carafes in the lobby and pumped nasty blue soapy water into my cup. I carried the carafe back to the "kitchen" area and told the young lady there and she laughed and said she was washing them. --Garbage cans overflowing throughout the property for days. Overall not a terrible experience and very convenient. I appreciated the management and front desk staff very much. Management should have employees store their cell phones during work hours so they can get their work done. Maintenance should be performed on plumbing issues. Rooms should be serviced in the morning while guests are out of the hotel. Finally, the garbage really needs to be emptied more often than once a week. April 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean and comfortable This was an older Holiday Inn Express but it was kept up nice and very comfortable to stay in. The only thing about the hotel I didn't like was that there was no safe in the room so all valuables had to be taken every time I left the room. April 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Large rooms but really need remodeling Rooms, carpet etc are very old and in need of re-model which I believe is scheduled for this summer. Pool is small and very crowded. Room size was wonderful in the two room suite. April 11, 2015
