Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Quick My wife made the reservations during my drive from a business trip which had me driving late into the night. I did not realize the hotel was several miles out of the way and going that far just for a bed at the time did annoy me. Upon arrival at the hotel I did notice how nicely the facility looked, once inside the lobby it was actually very nice and check in was quick and efficient. My room was clean and the bed inviting, I did only have a few hours for sleep and had no trouble drifting off. I did get up at 4AM the next morning and check out was a breeze, the front desk did apologize for there being no hot food but did mention the goodies and hot coffee available. I did take 10 extra minutes and enjoyed myself in the breakfast area then topped off my coffee and away I went. Overall a very nice hotel with friendly staff. February 2, 2016

Brought my in-laws for a three day stay bragging about all the great things offered as being platinum elite. problems started at check-in. Swiped CC handed room key and the youngen ran outside to have cigarette with someone. Next morning breakfast buffet had little food and miserable person working food. Then came back after a day of adventure and found room untouched( not cleaned) informed front desk in person and was completely ignored. Second day vacuuming hallway at 6:30A.M. Breakfast was once again very limited.( had to ask for biscuits and bread products). Room was serviced on second day after we confirmed that it would be done. Breakfast third was even worse. No bread products, no hard boiled eggs, no cinnamon rolls. We love Holiday Inn but this place was unacceptable. November 25, 2015
