Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service! After traveling for almost 14 hours, we decided to stay at this specific Holiday Inn. The front desk greeted us in the way that you would want to be greeted. They were very helpful. The room was just what we needed since we were not going to be there too long as we had to get up early to continue with our travel. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast from a hotel chain that I have experienced. Would recommend. December 10, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stay at HIE Perry National Fairground Area Overall the visit was very satisfactory and the room and hotel facilities were fine. The hotel staff could be a bit more pro active in contacting a guest when something is left in the room so that more timely and less expensive methods can be used to correct the issue. When I notified them of my missing item they confirmed that they knew of it but did not act until I contacted them. December 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff went out of their way to address wi-fi problem Shortly after check-in, we found that the hotel wi-fi was working poorly at the time: it was very slow, and frequently disconnecting, on all our devices. We reported this to the front desk. Initially the person at the front desk offered us the technical support phone number to call on our own, but after we declined to call tech support ourselves, she called them directly herself and actively worked with them to successfully resolve the wi-fi problem. (Once tech support rebooted the system, the wi-fi worked very well.). This front desk person kept us very well informed of what was going on throughout the process. She handled the issue very professionally and courteously. December 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by sevice the people and staff were very friendly and helpful. Any time I travel I stay at Holiday Inn Express and have always had great service including this Hotel. However I had stopped just north of this one first and all they had was a smoking room. I asked the women at the desk if their was another one close and she said yes but I don't know if they have any rooms. And it was said with an attitude I have never seen at a HIE.she would not even call to see if they had a room. So I just drove there and would have wasted my time if their was no opening. All in all I stayed 5 times on this trip and it was very pleasant in all of them. November 23, 2014
