Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. No room service the entire time. Had to ask for towels twice at front desk, no asking of what room I was in or really even a concern. Even asked if I could at least turn in our used towels as the bathroom was small and felt cluttered. Told me to just shove them under the sink. Garbage overflowing. Just an overall disappointing stay. April 20, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel cleanliness needs some improvement When we checked in to the hotel - my son went to sit in the chair in our room to read and relax only to find an opened water bottle that had liquid in it (looks like someone tried to make tea using this bottle). Had my son mentioned this to me that evening (he told me the next morning) - I definitely would have requested another room that night since that leaves me to wonder now what other items were missed (if they missed a used/dirty water bottle).
