Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Property is getting old - staff is excellent Property is old and looking it. Room decor was dated, carpet is worn, furnishings are slightly damaged. Carpet in room was not clean at all! Breakfast area and other common areas were very clean and modern though. Hot tub was not in service. Towels were thin and pillows were, too. August 10, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room for Improvement Upon arrival, we were a little early to check in. I told the front desk clerk that we could wait, but she gave us room that she stated was "ready". When we arrived at the room, the beds looked nice and we settled in. Upon looking further, I noticed a big chunk of the facing was off of the dresser unit, there was no back to the remote, and there was a bottle cap under the kitchen counter. When we went to leave for dinner, we left through the side door of the hotel. This door was to be opened from the outside with a room key. The door did not close properly and would stick. When we went downstairs, the door was actually "open". This did not give us a "safe" feeling. Later on, as I was walking through the room from the bed area to the pull out sofa area, I stepped on a sticky patch on the carpet. Unfortunately, I seemed to find that spot several times during our stay. The breakfast was good, but I felt the room could have had better upkeep. I have pictures of the remote, bottle cap, the spot on the carpet, and the dresser, but they won't load. Thanks. July 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room and great service We enjoyed our recent stay. We had a suite and it was great for us and our 2 grandchildren. We had plenty of room to relax and watch TV. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and desk staff was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. July 20, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by front desk No one or indication where the front desk person was, we waited as well as two other people for at least 20 minutes, even called the front desk number and no one answered. Finally someone showed up no comment on keeping us waiting or anything. had asked for a room not on the ground floor but gave us a ground floor, said they were pretty well sold out. Pool was cloudy and seemed dark and dirty. July 17, 2014
