Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Check-in Disaster Arrived to find a line of eight parties waiting to check-in. Behind the desk was a trainee with no support. When he called others, they did not answer the phone. He really tried as hard as he could and remained relatively calm in a tense situation as more and more people arrived. Finally he was able to find another person to help, but I am not sure how helpful he was. This is not the fault of the trainee; it is the fault of management not having someone available to assist and train him. I suspect a convention had just left because some of the rooms claimed to be "ready" were not and people came back to the front desk complicating matters further. Give the trainee a gold star and he is the reason I will try to stay here again. Give management a bunch of demerits for this unnecessary difficulty for a number of your guests. February 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff My husband and I were traveling in separate cars on our way from NY to SC. I arrived first and inquired about the hours of the nearby restaurants since he would get there around 10pm. Well he would not be there before they closed. The person at the desk recommended the fish restaurant across the street as they had take out and we would be able to heat the food for him in the microwave in the room when he arrived. She gave me the phone number and a coupon. Solved our problem. I am very grateful for her concern. Thanks January 2, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by comfort problems After a long ride in traffic when we get in our room I could get the TV to work because the batteries in the remote were dead. So I had to go down to the front desk to get new ones. When I return to the room my wife tells me that the thermostat doesn't work. So I called the front desk again , before they could help us I was able to find that the reset button on the plug had to be reset so I was able to fix it my self.By time the staff got to us we were in bed and I sent them away. I was figuring maybe they would adjust my bill since I'm a priority Member but not so. Very un-pleasant stay. December 31, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and restful night! We stopped at the hotel returning from Florida late in the evening and found the facility clean and the staff very friendly. When we got up in the morning and went to the breakfast area we were greeted by very friendly staff who arranged for hot food to be added to the counter to make sure we had a hot breakfast before continuing on our travels north.
