Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by shower not functional, bed linens dirty Poorest Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. The shower curtain was torn, and we were unable to use the shower. We found hair and dirt between the sheet and comforter. Breakfast choices poor--no fruit, very littel bread selections. Very noisy as well. June 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, beautiful hotel Everything about my stay was very good. The only problem I had was with a poorly functioning hairdryer. The rooms were well appointed and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff very friendly. The breakfast that was served had many choices, the only thing that wasn't great was that the scrambled eggs were rubbery and the sausage was not very warm, bordering on cool. Improve the eggs and make the sausage hotter and that would make a tremendous difference. Overall I enjoyed my stay and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone. May 30, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Little things could be better Had to wait over an hour to get our room because computers were down and no discount offered. No toilet paper or kleenex in lobby restroom twice. Elevator not working properly. Ran out of signature food item - cinnamon rolls on Sunday. Average facility. When the desk could not enter my IHG rewards number, they gave me the phone number to call and get points added myself instead of offering to do it for me. April 3, 2014

There was very limited seating and no chairs by the pool. The elliptical fell apart when I started to use it, and there were no cinnamon rolls at breakfast. April 2, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible pillows Pillows were so soft it was as if there were none, very uncomfortable. The bed however was in itself very comfortable, but I had to go down to the car and retrieve our own pillows. It makes no sense to have such soft pillows as I am sure the owner/manager does not have such pillows at their own house. We checked in late and did not complain to the desk, but this was a rude surprise. March 8, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Check-in Disaster Arrived to find a line of eight parties waiting to check-in. Behind the desk was a trainee with no support. When he called others, they did not answer the phone. He really tried as hard as he could and remained relatively calm in a tense situation as more and more people arrived. Finally he was able to find another person to help, but I am not sure how helpful he was. This is not the fault of the trainee; it is the fault of management not having someone available to assist and train him. I suspect a convention had just left because some of the rooms claimed to be "ready" were not and people came back to the front desk complicating matters further. Give the trainee a gold star and he is the reason I will try to stay here again. Give management a bunch of demerits for this unnecessary difficulty for a number of your guests. February 28, 2014

I arrived first and inquired about the hours of the nearby restaurants since he would get there around 10pm. Well he would not be there before they closed. The person at the desk recommended the fish restaurant across the street as they had take out and we would be able to heat the food for him in the microwave in the room when he arrived. She gave me the phone number and a coupon. Solved our problem. I am very grateful for her concern. Thanks January 2, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by comfort problems After a long ride in traffic when we get in our room I could get the TV to work because the batteries in the remote were dead. So I had to go down to the front desk to get new ones. When I return to the room my wife tells me that the thermostat doesn't work. So I called the front desk again , before they could help us I was able to find that the reset button on the plug had to be reset so I was able to fix it my self.By time the staff got to us we were in bed and I sent them away. I was figuring maybe they would adjust my bill since I'm a priority Member but not so. Very un-pleasant stay. December 31, 2013

When we got up in the morning and went to the breakfast area we were greeted by very friendly staff who arranged for hot food to be added to the counter to make sure we had a hot breakfast before continuing on our travels north.
