Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Problem with my reservation .... My reservation for 4 nights in a double queen bed Valley View room was not available at check in. I paid a premium price for Saturday night and was given a sub standard replacement room. Initially my mother and I were put in the ADA handicapped room (#102) which resembled a hospital room more than a hotel room. We were told we would be upgraded the next day to a King suite. After spending 3 minutes in room 102 I was back at the desk requesting a different room or I was leaving. I was given another handicapped room that resembled a standard hotel room, but it still had problems. Someone thought it would be fun to ring the door bell twice during the night which resulted in an ear piercing door bell and flashing lights. Plus the noise from the room above us went on all night. The upgrade was nice, but after all the aggravation of the first night we shortened our stay by 1 night. In my opinion this hotel is not up to the Holiday Inn standard I am used to. I would never stay at this property again. July 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Our stay was really nice here. It's a very clean and new hotel with beautiful views! We paid extra for the "Valley View" and it was totally worth it. Upon our arrival, the staff informed us that there were lots of children staying and offered to upgrade our room for an additional fee. I declined, but after hearing the kids all night above us, we wished we had. It wasn't the staff's fault...only ours for not going for the upgrade. The free limo service to/from local restaurants/casino was really nice! July 15, 2014

The bunting on the balconies was great...the flowers on the grounds were beautiful...one of the prettiest Holiday Inns we've stayed at. The desk staff was very friendly and efficient.
