Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Location, but Poor Front Desk Service We were placed in a room directly below a group of teenage girls having a party. We asked to be moved to another room around mignight (when it became clear that we would not sleep if we didn't move). We were then placed in a room directlt above the great room/breakfast area which mean't noise beginning at 6:30 am. The property is nice and well maintained, but the desk staff seems inexperienced and poorly trained. I understand that sometimes there are noisy groups in a hotel, but this hotel has 5 floors and we were staying during a low occupancy period. It should have been very easy to place us in a less noisy area. It's expereinces like this that make people choose another hotel for their next visit. November 8, 2014

This location genuinely looks after your every want and need. The managers behind the counter are always quick with new and good suggestions for restaurant locations. October 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, yummy breakfast, lukewarm spa tub We had a "valley view" room with a postcard-worthy view. The 42" TV was awesome. Staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast area was crowded in the morning. The eggs were a bit dry, but the other hot food (sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes) were good. There were plenty of cereal and juice choices as well. Our only issue was with the spa tub. The temperature was lukewarm at best, rather than the hot tub that we were expecting. October 30, 2014
