The next morning I complained to front desk - She offered to comp me some IHG point for the inconvenience, The only points I recvd were the 300 points I should have recvd regardless for welcome amenity points. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Smelled like gas. 1. I noticed every time I was waiting for the elevator. It had a very strong smell like gas fumes. I know it was not just me. Because when waiting other people waiting as well would say the same thing. I would also smell it in my clothes when I walked outside in the fresh air. 2.That elevator is also the lowest one i have ever been in. 3. The first night complimentry free beer. I never did have a glass because it get foaming up. 4. I also requested to have the toilet fixed in my room. It was slowly leaking through the tank flap that caused the bowl to fill back up and have that annoying sound of filling back up about every 10 minutes. I would hear that while trying to sleep even with the bathroom door closed. I was there four nights. It never got fixed. January 20, 2016
