Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Staff response to a difficult situation We traveled to from South Carolina to Alabama for the Auburn football game. We were scheduled to leave on Sunday morning. Unfortunately a natural disaster had occurred in South Carolina (major flood). This prohibited us from leaving at our scheduled time. The staff was sympathetic to our situation and displayed empathy and responded to our unforeseen needs. They helped us to locate another hotel as we attempted to travel on Monday to a location closer to home so that we could get closer to South Carolina. Throughout our visit, the staff was amazing. They felt like family. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you Tamika, Rachel, Jesse, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great stay I needed a place to stay while traveling. Because of my itinerary, I couldn't make reservations. I stopped because of the name and reputation of Holiday Inn. I was not disappointed! Right from the front desk through the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast staff, my entire stay was comfortable and welcoming! I would recommend this hotel and chain at any time! October 8, 2015

The front desk and hotel general manager were very professional and made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Darkness of room. I was impressed by the darkness of the room. Not sure if it was the curtains or the fact I was on the 4th floor above street lamps. In the past light coming in was one hinderance to sleep. Not so on this stay - it was dark. October 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff review When checking in there was a big line of people wanting rooms. When arriving the clerk was not at the desk (she was working on repairing someone's TV). Everyone just kinda stood around waiting. Then, she gave a "group announcement" about check in information and breakfast times. Don't get me wrong, she was a sweet October 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Visit with son The staff was amazing. They had recommended several restaurants which were great. The location was close enough to Fort Benning that the trip to and from the base was quick. The location was also far enough from Fort Benning that our son was able to completly relax while at the hotel with us. We will be going back for our son's turning blue ceremony later this year and will be staying at this location again. September 24, 2015
