Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendliest Staff Anywhere! Booking rooms for teenagers going to conference can be an overwhelming problem. Long distance, frantic emails, only having a few moments in the school day to organize the trip can drive a club sponsor to near insanity. Doris was an incredible asset to booking and organizing our stay for the GA Thespian Conference. She kept me organized provided information and invoices for the school districts rather complicated bookkeeping system all with a huge smile and friendly support. When we arrived the Front Desk staff had rooms ready early and cheerfully helped me get a small horde of teenagers into rooms. The Housekeeping staff answered and assisted my teens with questions, finding extra towels and a blanket and smiling laughing with them as they got settled. I remember the breakfast staff assisting with the pancake machine and singing as they put out the morning pastries. I am already planning to stay there next year because of the people and location. AWESOME stay! February 9, 2016

Next morning at Breakfast I asked the worker, Ms. Pam if she knew how to get to where I was going and the next thing i knew she had the front deck print off the directions to my location. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service by front desk personnel. Comfortable room I love staying at this hotel. The front desk staff is always awesome! The rooms are usually comfortable and if I have a problem they usually try to take care of it. After traveling for a funeral I was exhausted and did not report the light in the bathroom until I left as I didn't want the hassle of maintenance coming in. I just dealt with it. I went down for breakfast and usually it is very good. This morning however, the breakfast did not look appealing. I advised the front desk when I left. February 3, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service - Rooms ok The staff was EXTREMELY kind and accommodating. Probably some of the most polite and friendly people I've come across in a while. My first room was on the 3rd floor and had a stale bordering on unclean odor to it. I thought I'd be able to stay in it, but after 15 min - my allergies were screaming no. The front desk staff had me moved to a different room within like 5 min and were super friendly. The second floor hallway smelled way fresher than the 3rd and the room was not as stale. It was a decent place to stay and very convenient. January 25, 2016
