I had an excellent stay at this hotel. It was clean and the attendants was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel anyone.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Patriot_RAM Horrible comfort, burned breakfast, blood on the pillow!
I would like to start by saying that I am a VERY loyal IHG member, often driving 30+ extra miles to stay at a property.
When I checked into the hotel on this stay, the team member at the front desk was very polite, and made me feel welcomed. I proceeded to my room and found blood on one of my pillowcases. I threw the pillow on the floor and laid down in the bed to get some sleep since I had been up since 2:00am.
This location has the most horrible beds that I have ever slept in. They are so firm that I wasn't able to sleep, regardless of having been up for 20 hours. What little bit of sleep I did get, was certainly not relaxing. The mattress was so hard, that I woke up sore from it.
I brought this to the attention of the front desk the next morning, and they offered to move me to another room. I was upgraded to a more expensive room, but had the same issues with discomfort. I simply wasn't able to sleep. I was exhausted. The front desk person simply said "We are known for having firm mattresses." *sigh* Oh - the new room had two lotions and one conditioner -- no shampoo.
The breakfast at this location was below average as well. I'm well versed in continental breakfasts, especially at IHG hotels. This location cooked the omelets until they were browned and tough on top. They were also dried out. The sausage was tough from heating it too long. I decided to go get some fruit instead, but found that all they had was a single banana.
After two nights, I checked out early and moved to a different IHG hotel an hour away. It was much better.
Thinking back, last time I stayed at this location, I had similar mattress issues, the jacuzzi tub I paid extra for had black flakes the came out of the jet system, and they had to replace my air conditioning unit because it was extremely noisy.
The housekeeping, breakfast, and comfort at this location is simply horrible. When I checked out, they didn't have any concern that I barely got any sleep and that the comfort was horrible. For the most expensive HIX in the area, this is certainly a waste of money and simply a sad, sad location. Hopefully things will improve in the future.
Blood on the pillow???? Wow.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by major5385 Glad we got a handicap room!
When I made reservations for a two night stay, all you had left were 4 large handicap rooms. So I reserved one for my daughter and granddaughter. Good thing. My daughter and granddaughter went to the Neshoba County Fair and on the way to back to the car my daughter stepped in a hole; broke her right foot in three places and tore two ligaments. She went to the doctor; got a cast put on and some crutches. The handicap room really came in handy. As always they had a great stay. Enjoyed the Fair and granddaughter could go swimming in your very nice pool. Something good always comes from our stays at your Hotel. Great breakfast, cookies in the evening and order in pizza for supper. They did not have to leave room.
