Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, excellent downtown location and staff were outstanding and helpful! Have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express with work travel and they are generally clean and acceptable. Staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist. Rooms were excellent. Only area that needs improvement is that the parking is hard to find- you can miss the entrance if you do not know what to look for. March 1, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Convenient to hospital - and it was fine. A family member was in Jefferson University Hospital for more than a week. The hospital is 2 1/2 blocks away. A buffet breakfast was included. We stayed there 9 consecutive nights. Everything worked well. The neighborhood was safe and has many restaurants at several price levels. February 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok hotel, crummy stay The hotel is convenient to CHOP which is why we picked it. THe beds were squeaky, uncomfortable and tiny. The breakfast was mediocre, definitely not worth staying at this hotel for the "hot" breakfast. We got no sleep for an important meeting at CHOP for my son. Would definitely pay extras $50-100 for a better hotel. February 27, 2015

This was a quick in and out trip so I did not have the opportunity to use any of the amenities. The only negative experience was some of the hall noise of other guest. GLADYS: works the front desk with a sincerity you just don't see much any more, she makes you feel like you're talking to friend. JON: I believe Jon is with hotel security. I had a minor incident with the elevator and Jon went above and way beyond to make sure it was just a minor incident. Jon seems like he'd be a guy you'd want on your team. I'm terrible with names, so I apologize for not remembering her name but the lady who worked housekeeping on my floor went out of her way to say hello every morning on may way to work. There were a couple of conventions going on in town and she was very busy but she always made time to tell me to have a good day. Felt very genuine. The hotel is nice, the location convenient but the people made my stay one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Thank you!!! February 22, 2015
