Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We enjoyed our stay Our hotel room was nice and had recently been updated. We had one issue with the air conditioner which was quickly handled. The breakfast was typical HIE but had a fun addition of donuts. I loved the light blocking curtain in the room. I also liked the view of the pool from the room. Our family enjoyed the pool, but it was not very kid friendly and had the smallest "shallow" end I have ever seen. My 7 year old was unable to even touch the bottom in the shallowest section. Liked the convenience of parking garage and location of hotel was with in comfortable walking distance to historic sites. The overall appearance of hotel was average to good, hotel currently under renovations. I would like to say our maid was extremely nice and helpful, made sure our room had plenty of towels/toiletries. June 27, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great location, friendly staff, poor toilet paper I have stayed here many times and I did not write this until now hoping it would change. The toilet paper is cheap and very thin and I would expect not very economical for hotel in the end because so much of it needs to be used because it is cheap. Also, the paid parking automated gate opening card fails 80% of the time. Does it get demagnitized or is it wiped out by design for control purposes. In any case it is a great inconvenience to hotel patrons. June 26, 2015
