Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Staff I've ever encountered This is going to be mostly about the PEOPLE at this hotel. I recently had to go to Philadelphia for some very serious medical treatment. The hotel is about 2 blocks from Thomas Jefferson Hospital. Going thru a very tough time in my life I was completely surprised by how much the staff went out of their way to help me with anything! Before they even knew what was going on with me these people were simply some of the most genuine and nicest I've ever come across. From the woman that initially checked me in who when I mentioned I was in town for surgery took the time to very sincerely explain that they would not want to put any additional stress on me at this time so anything I needed she would take care of, to the woman that ran the breakfasts in the morning, to the woman that cleaned my the gentlemen that hailed my cabs, to the maintenance man I disturbed on his break in the middle of the night while I was looking for coffee creamer...EVERYONE was nothing but helpful, sincere, funny and kind. These are really the best staff I've ever run across. November 21, 2015

I ran into alot of staff throughout the halls and in the lobby, and every single person was so friendly and nice. The girl at the front desk was very helpful with any questions I had. My room was very clean and comfortable, and my bed and pillow were like sleeping on a cloud in Heaven. I definitely recommend! November 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and friendly staff. The staff at this facility is amazing, they are all very friendly and always give my wife and I heart felt greetings with every stay. There are always enough staff at the front desk to handle the amount of people that are awaiting services, I have never had to wait even though they were extremely busy. I know there are other establishments in this area but I prefer to pay a little extra for the great service and excellent location. The parking garage is attached to the hotel so there is no inconvience of parking outside in bad weather conditions. I would also like to mention the staff at the Breakfast Bar, they are extremely friendly to all guests and are always available to answer any questions or to refill items that have been exhausted. I definitely recommend this hotel to any persons visiting the area whether on business, leisure, or hospital related stays. November 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Most Pleasant Stay My hat is off to Ashley, Brianna and the staff of this facility for going out of their way to make our extended visit as comfortable as possible. The checkin was a breeze and the information they provided regarding restaurants, Uber, and the trains were dead on. The maintenance staff keep our rooms spotless and accommodated us daily when all we needed were towels. The facility is within walking distance of diverse dining and shopping. Lastly, although our issue with internet connectivity was never quite resolved on the 19th floor, everyone on site did their best to remedy the situation, even providing a wi-fi booster. Seems the issue is with their provider and they're doing their best to remedy it. I have the utmost faith in the management that they will follow through. November 18, 2015
