Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service of Hotel Personnel This is the worst Holiday Inn I stayed at. I love HI and I try to stay always in a HI where I can, because the value / comfort is the best. But this hotel failed in every respect: 1. Parking entrance is not well light ( not a big issue if it is by itself ) 2. They set me up with the wrong room, where I walked into a sleeping man. We both we frazzled in the process. Never heard back from management about we are sorry etc. I actually dropped off a sorry note to the poor man, because the hotel gave the wrong keys and wrong roomnumber ! 4. One of the elevators was not working, which is not an issue. It becomes an issue when the worker in the elevator just does not let you in the elevator when he sees you struggle to open the door. Even the manager on site had to call the elevator back down and guess who was in it still: the same bleeding worker ! 5. The gym keys were not working, so I went back to reception to get a new key. At this HI they have to issue a separate key to access the gym. That key was not working: the receptionist was arguing with me, because I refused to give up any key, because of the reception being unable to get me correct keys. When I refused, she got into an attitude. Total bad crew attitude and not even a good organization: beware, you may run into sleeping people in their rooms. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The bed and the pillows were comfortable. I was at this particular hotel because a family member was having surgery at The Hospital and it was close. The only thing that I did not like was the fee for parking every day. I thought it was a little excessive. I did not use the shuttle was because we had to be at the Hospital earlier that it started in the morning. February 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express Penn Landing The staff were very cordial when I checked in, and it was clear that there have been upgrades or this is a new hotel, however, be careful which side of the building you stay. On one side, the rooms are right next to a busy highway that kept me awake all night with the noise. February 14, 2015
