I have been coming to Philly every week for the past 2 years (for business) and have stayed at this particular location for about a year. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They are always making sure that the guests here are comfortable. The room are neat and tidy. If you get a room facing the river, you can be sure to get an awesome view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and the Delaware river. I would highly recommend anyone to choose this Hotel for their next stay. May 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rude staff I am a platinum member and have stayed at many Holiday Inns around the country. The front desk staff were extremely rude and not at all helpful. While it was a busy time, their job is to help the customer I thought. They ran my credit card and then gave me a hard time because they said it didn't go through. However It did go through and while it was their mistake, no apologies were offered. The man who took the luggage up actually apologized on their behalf. That is how bad they were. Their was no recognition for the fact that I was a platinum member. It is too bad that a few people can ruin your vacation for you. May 14, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NOT for day sleepers! Comfortable and good location. I stay there often while working in Philadelphia. I often work night shifts and TRY to sleep during the day. The housekeeping staff is very loud, uses LOTS of profanity, and bangs doors when they go in & out to clean rooms. I would stay elsewhere, but there's nothing convenient to where I work. However, if you don't have to sleep during the day, it's probably a good place to stay. May 13, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by penns landing on the river Great location, clean rooms and had a great view of the river due to my HIG. Early check in was not ready as requested. Room was not serviced between my 1st and 2nd nights. We only got back in at Midnight so it was to late to request it be done. I would probably stay again since I have HIG award points and we really liked the location with lots to see with in a short walk. Outdoor bars and large deck on the marina just a short walk. Seems to be clean and safe area at night as well. May 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff But Noisy Room The hotel was fine for a Holiday Inn Express, however, if you choose to stay there, book a room on the river side of the hotel. We stayed on the opposite side and Route 95 was underneath our window making it impossible to sleep with the noisy traffic. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. May 12, 2015
