saying "I am sorry" does not solve the problems nor does it change the problem...persons need to take ownership of problem and have and do solutions, makes you feel like they really care or listen to you...the alarm going off is probably one person who is smoking in a room fault, but not having communication or understanding how security is comprimised is the key issue...

Hotel location is a bit west of the heart of Chandler but it's close enough to be convenient all of the area businesses and attractions.
And, it's a very short walk to Cracker Barrel.
Holiday Inn Express and Cracker Barrel... back-to-back. Does it get any better?

To meet company policy I typically choose the lowest cost option of preferred providers. I don't need much from a hotel and Holiday Inn express is a good option.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The key card lock was the only problem. The bathroom and bedroom need updating. Loose faucet, shower made a lot of noise.
