They committed to look up my IHG number (new travel staff at work forgot to include it) and they didn't. Asked for directions to and suggestions for a late night meal - very poor response again. This type of attitude reflects poorly on the staff and sets things up for this type of review. Very unfortunate and unfair to HIE. March 2, 2015

We were able to walk to our destinations. The room was comfortable. Really made the trip a great experience. We can't wait to come back February 27, 2015

Beds were extremely comfortable, pool was heated, exercise room not crowded, staff was extremely helpful when recommending restaurants. A lot of parking available.I h February 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible experience We checked into this room because of a surgery I had to have at St. Joseph hospital. Te first thing my husband noticed was the dust all over the window treatments. Being a man he never notices things like this but it was so bad he noticed and took pictures. We notified the front desk but nothing was done. The next day we had no creamer or fresh cups and there was hair on the sink. The next day my husband said the room was not even vacuumed. I even called from my hospital bed and still the room was not cleaned. When I came back form the hospital no offered to help me to my room --I could barely walk except one little Mexican woman who was like 4 feet tall. She dropped what she was doing and helped my husband get to our room. SHE WAS FANTASTIC!! She made me feel like a guest in her own home which all hotels should aim for. I even called down to the front desk to talk to a manager. I talked to Chole. When I told her how bad housekeeping was her response was I can't hold their hands and watch them. I asked for a manager to come see me and no one showed up. I found out later that Chloe was the manager and lied to me and never told me she was the manager. We also asked for cups one night and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get them. My husband did not want to leave me. This was a nightmare stay. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn properties but after this terrible dirty rude property I think I will stay else where. If you want a loud, dirty rude stay then this is your hotel. If you want to be treated as a guest then stay else where. Only one little loving caring women came to my aid she should be the manager!!!! February 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't get any better What a lucky find! I was so happy to find it. I could walk to town, the location, although near downtown, was nice and quiet. Easy to get around, and free parking. The front desk attendants, particularly Daynisha, was most cordial and welcoming. All the staff made me feel welcomed during my stay. Each morning I enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast. I hope to return often to this property. February 2, 2015
