Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place, overall friendly, helpful staff Front desk staff during the week days were exemplary: helpful, professional, courteous. The one service frustration was that the public business center computer did not have the correct pdf/adobe software to print out boarding passes, and the phone in the business center would not accomodate toll free outgoing calls for airline assistance. ( The cell service in that space was not possible.) When we spoke to the weekend staff member, he was not helpful, or friendly. Overall, a truly great stay---convenient, comfortable. You will enjoy downtown Phoenix with this hotel as your home base. February 23, 2013

This property is located right downtown, so there is easy access to light rail, entertainment, and the Convention Center. I give this property five stars and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Phoenix and wants to stay downtown. January 29, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel in Downtown The manager at this hotel is great. He always goes out of his way to ensure you are content and comfortable. In addition he makes it a point to say hi to you by addressing you by your name. For a manager to know your name and the names of everyone at the hotel and take the time to say hi is a phenomenal feat. This place definitely makes you feel like your home away from home. The hotel is clean, staff is courteous and the rooms are clean. This hotel is one of my favorites and I plan to stay here every time I am in Phoenix. October 1, 2012
