We had a clean room waiting for us, with Internet and we loved the black out curtain. The hot tub was amazing!! We will be definately be making this hotel our place to stay whenever we are in town. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall OK, but reservation headache I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. My co-workers made their reservations with no problems but when I attempted to make mine it turned into a nightmare. My first few days preceded the super bowl so at first I was trying to be understanding of the situation but after at least 6 calls to try to get a fair rate that matched my co-workers I became very irritated and nearly decided to simply stay elsewhere. But they finally gave in and made my reservation. I still cannot make sense of why it was such a problem in the first place as one of my co-workers called AFTER I did and had no problem getting a reservation in ONE phone call. But it was only after I became irritated and had to raise my voice a bit that I could make my own reservation and only after I explained to them how it made no sense that someone could call after me and not get the same treatment. Unnecessary hassle in my opinion and no apology was offered for the senseless charade I was put through to accomplish something that I can normally do in a few minutes. If I visit Phoenix again I will think twice about using this hotel simply because of the treatment that I received in only making a simple reservation. As for my stay it was ok with the exception of the biscuits at breakfast. On most days they were so soggy that I could barely pick them up. I'm sure this was due to the moisture in the compartment they are kept in but someone should probably be switching them out more frequently to keep them from being mush on the bottom. The bed was fairly comfortable. The pillows were great. The towels were nice. The location was very convenient. February 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room was kinda of dirty Our room smelled like smoke when we went in even though it was a non smoking room. A maintence man come and sprayed it still smelled. The room was very noisy from other people in the next room.There were dirty socks under the chair. The carpet needed to be vacuumed around the edges. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time also around the edges of the tile in the bathroom needed to be cleaned. The legs on the back of the fridge were broken. the fridge tipped back. The ceiling over the bed and the bathroom had crackes and needed to be repaired. February 19, 2015
