I was unable to access the hotel wifi on my laptop. Justin offered to assist, which he didn't have to do. Justin provided more coffee for the room when I requested it. Justin was personable and very helpful. December 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel with good service The staff was pleasant enough but not as attentive as other Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed in recently. The front desk appeared too busy to be accomodating and give attention usually given at Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast variety was great but the same was true of the breakfast staff. She did her job but wasn't very attentive to the guests and did nothing to make people feel welcome. At one point she even told a guest to push to plate underneat the pancake maker so the pancakes would not fall out. It wasn't telling the guest but how she did it that mattered. December 8, 2014

We found Holiday Inn Express to be located near the airport and were pleasant surprised with the cleanliness of the entire facility from our room, its bathroom and dining area. And, it was quiet, affording a peaceful night's sleep. And, the shuttle service to the airport was easy. This location is one we will return to. December 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location; good staff Very comfortable rooms and convenient location. Hotel is very clean but a little ragged around the edges.Could use some preventive maintenance. The doorframe around the room door looked like someone had tried to pry it open. The interior bathroom door had what seemed to be water damage and the floor edging tile was broken or cracked. Towels were not picked up although left on the floor. No cream for the inroom coffee and the shower pressure could not be regulated from "blast". Breakfast was OK but coffee was only luke warm and hot dishes were not hot. Seemed as though one person was trying to do everything. December 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super Helpful Staff! The person who checked us in, I think her name was Jessica, (forgive me please if I got that wron) was amazingly helpful! Any question we had was answered promptly and chok full of information. The shuttle van was really helpful for being able to return my rental car a day early. The airport is very close,mbut not so much that you feel like you're living on the runway. Do not order from the Chinese restaurant the staff recommends however. We ordered online, our food never arrived and calls to the restaurant were not answered. Still have no idea what ever happened to our order?? December 4, 2014
