Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, No parking, Rude management The room was clean and nice. Parking lot was under construction however they still booked a full hotel. There was not enough parking for everyone. Asked front desk where to park since lot was more than full and was told to park on side of building. 3 hours into sleep was called and told vehicle would be towed.. Asked management where everyone was to park since lot was full and GM, Michael did nothing but argue. Never offered a solution to the parking just said to look harder. Said we should look at other neighboring hotels, then walk... November 23, 2015

Coffee Cold There was black mold high up on the top edge of the shower box .. the coffee was cold one morning, my bad I should have checked .. noise from the hallway and nearby rooms was distracting at times .. internet connection showed "limited" throughout stay .. local channels; Fox, CNN all HD and great .. HLN was standard definition basically un-viewable .. Television was quite nice .. desk chair was un-comfortable .. Sausage gravy was good .. microwave omelets looked bad, but tasted OK .. coffee was good, when hot .. November 23, 2015

On our return trip we received excellent service from our Van driver and the two desk clerks. Landy, Gaby and Angel -We returned on 11/14/15. Great location & great service November 20, 2015

The breakfast was probably;y the poorest we have had at a Holiday Inn Express.The eggs were over cooked and luke warm.Sausage was under-cooked and muffins were dry .Coffee was bitter .All in all not up to your usual standards November 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff As usual, we picked a HIE for our recent trip. And, as usual, the staff were, to a person, helpful, friendly and efficient. The breakfasts were great. The hotel was in good repair (we were very impressed that the "key" unlocked our room the first time inserted!--usually it takes several tries). The only problem was that the mattress I slept on was a little worn and lumpy. On the plus side, the pillows are excellent. Our room was dark--but I think that is usual for Phoenix -- we noticed that many public places were dark. November 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay; staff was great The staff were all friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was completely clean. The jacuzzi was wonderful with powerful jets, the best I've been in for a long time. The only downside to this place was the fitness center. The treadmill didn't work well; they admitted it had problems. I didn't try other machines. There was also a weird smell in the room (not a sweaty smell, just weird). Other than that, I really enjoyed the place. The location was perfect - less than 10 minutes to the airport terminals and about 10 minutes to downtown Phoenix. I ended up using the shuttle service back to the airport and it runs every 30 minutes in the morning - very convenient. November 16, 2015
