I stayed with you from 10/6/13 to 10/10/13. It was so enjoyable and made my first time to Piedras Negras really nice. One of the front desk staff Adam was so friendly, professional and helpful and I really appreciated him. Thanks everyone for making my Piedras Negras stay so enjoyable.

This hotel and their staff will really provide you with honest service and their commitment for your satisfaction while travelling for business. The property is located nearby different restaurants, convenience stores and a shopping center on which you will certainly find a solution for most of your needs while in the city.
The people in Piedras Negras is friendly and actively looking forward to improve the economy of the city and their community; this means that they will work to ensure you are satisfied; reception staff in the Holiday Inn hotel as well as in the breakfast buffet and housekeeping is one of the best I've ever known. Actually they really care for you, so don't be surprised if the receptionist will guide and assist you in details on how to use the laundry machine, or if you find small but sincere little things (like a snack bar for free on the evenings that includes freshly made popcorn!), looking to make you feel almost like in home. Not to mention here is where I get one of the best recognitions as Priority Club member in all senses: priority check-in and check-out, room upgrade, even a little bag with candy when I arrive.
Although the hotel does not have a full service restaurant, they have collected several carry-on menus from the neighborhood, and most of those restaurants will provide your dinner or lunch straight into your room's door at no additional charge.
If I ever had the need to visit Piedras Negras again, I know for sure where to stay: Holiday Inn Express hotel: I completely forgot on the security situation there, was so comfortable and well assisted that I didn't have even a glimpse of worry about nothing else than just getting my job done.
