The couch was bumpy, carpeting was worn and the area around the bath tub had worn so it was hard to clean.
We have stayed there several times over the years and will return.

The staff was great. They were very helpful, courteous and just made my family feel welcome. The breakfast each morning was very good. The best I have had at a Holiday Inn

Property is in great condition. The staff that greeted us, especially Anna Lyons, was fantastic. Rooms we very clean and updated. I have nothing but good to say about the hotel and staff.

Booked room for three nights and called before I arrived to use reward points for one night and since Platinum Members have a no black out dates benefits I was told they had already met their alloted number of rooms for reward nights; I checked in late on Friday and Saturday I went to the front desk and asked Peggy who was working if I had any options, she was very informative and said she would speak to the manager on duty to see what they could do,
She spoke with Anna and I was told that all I needed to do was call the 800 number and ask them to call Anna and she would approve an override that would allow me to use the 20,000 points for my last night, THANKS to all, this allowed me to have more funds to take my three granchildren out,
I will surely recommend this location to family and friends and I will always Stay again,

Writing this review to complement the staff on the exemplary service my family received. The facilities are due a refresh but the staff saved the day from the time we checked in until we left. I gave cleanliness a 3 but that is due more to the age and conditions of the facility rather than cleanliness.

Your staff is your greatest asset you have. The entire crew from front desk at check in to breakfast attendant to maintenance was a pleasure to meet. There were a few guest impact issues : lack of a real business center, overchlornating the spa (we didn't use but obviously not properly monitored ), dated furniture and fixtures along with blown light bulbs. The grounds outside were not appealing at all as there were still signs of lack of care from fall. (Fountain was hideous). The one bright spot if I can say is the genius idea of opening the meeting room up for overflow of breakfast guests...
