As much as I am in a hotel (150 nights/year) I was expecting it to be a noisy hotel as is true with many vacation areas. Was pleasantly surprised Very Quiet! July 25, 2015

They explained everything very well, provided maps of the area, and offered recommendations for eating and avoiding traffic. Each morning we had a good breakfast --- I really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy which were quite tasty. One of my better hotel experiences in a tourist town. July 22, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't Stay Here I stayed here because it was an IHG hotel. Don't bother, it's not worth the points you will gain or spend on this place. Find a cabin in the mountains, you will enjoy yourself a whole lot more. Everything about this hotel was disappointing. July 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Outdated We loved our visit to the Smoky Mountains but would not stay at this hotel again. The staff were all nice and helpful. We ended up arriving 1 day early and the front desk gentleman was very nice and able to find us a room unfortunately it smelled like cheetos and had ants. The following day we were moved to another room which didn't have a smell and no ants but still it was obvious that the rooms needed to be updated badly. The carpets had stains, the beds were uncomfortable and it looked like the walls were painted with a couple of different colors-not on purpose??? The TV was nice. We usually have good luck with Holiday Inn Express but not this time. We had a relative that stayed at a local hotel for half the cost and the rooms were larger, the beds were more comfortable and the carpets were not stained. We regretted our decision to stay at a Holiday Inn. Next time we will stay at one of the local establishments. July 18, 2015
