Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 No Hot Water on 2 of the 3 days
We did not have hot water in our room for 2 of the 3 days. The first morning we had no hot water until 10 a,m, and that evening we were not able to use the jacuzzi tub because of lack of hot water. The second day we had hot water in the morning but only enough for one shower, my partner had to wait to take hers but was able to take it half hour later. That evening we were able to use the jacuzzi but very late at night hours after we intended to use it. I understand the hotel was fully booked which may have attributed to the problem. When staff came to look at the water problem they apologized and said we were at the end of the run. We also had problems with the toilet the first night with it taking a long time to fill between flushes, that problem was fixed but late the next day. We were told they had a lot of repair requests. We were in room 325.
