The beds could have been a little more comfortable, the bath room was on the dirty side and the air conditioner was not working very well. I do believe that Holiday Inn Express is starting to price the business person like myself out and to have too select other hotels brands.

For travelers who need to get back and forth from Pine Bluff to Little Rock, this is an excellent hotel, located right off the highway. Despite being near to the highway, though, it is quiet and sleep was no problem. They offer a very nice breakfast but also are located within walking distance of Annie's Country Cafe and Leonard's Catfish, both of which are family run and offer very tasty food. The hotel also is less than 10 minutes from downtown and other attractions, so it's a great location for vacationing families. My only complaint was that the toilet in my room was very slow to fill, which meant it ran for a while after you flushed it. I brought this to the attention of staff, who were most apologetic. Service really was great; staff are friendly and capture that Southern hospitality to a tee.

This hotel had the looks of a modern clean hotel but once checked into the room I felt as if I was in a very low budget none chain hotel. The general manager needs to pay attention to detail and have a process for verifying the cleanliness of the rooms.

Rubber mat in bathroom moldy; needs removal and cleaning and drying before replacing after each guest. Dark carpet adds somewhat gloomy atmosphere; a brighter carpet would do wonders for the environment. Needs outdoor trash receptacle for disposal from auto.

This hotel was clean, well maintained, and the front desk staff were great. They appeared ready and able to meet my needs.

The contact with the staff was outstanding, especially Rachel. Please review my comments earlier in the survey. Rachel set the tone for our stay. She was (is) kind, patient, yet professional, exhibited a genuine caring attitude during each our encounters. The young lady in the dining room was very kind, prompt, kept the food line clean and refreshed. Thecleaning team were equally proficient and kind. The room howver, had signs of water damage on the ceiling and there seemed to be a black ring around the room sprinkler. Hope it wasn't mold???

when travling in the past hotel i was not able to get good nights rest because of hard uncomfortable matresses and pillows..this time sleep was like being in my own bed..i did not toss and turn trying to find the one spot on a hotel matress that was acceptable.
