Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Expect better Staff very friendly was a plus. However, bathroom was not clean and property seemed somewhat dated and tired. Was not recognized as a platinum member at check in Could not get water hot when took shower. Holiday Inn brands used to be my first choice. Now, I am choosing another because too much inconsistency within IHG. January 9, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can you say Awesome when you are coming from Texas for a funeral! When I arrive my husband and I was both tired and emotional upset since my grandfather died. As soon as I walked into the lobby 3 female clerks was standing there and I knew my name and didn't know me at all. The check in was very fast. They even helped us to make sure that we knew how to get to the local funeral home. The only thing that I was upset about was the extra shampoo that I requested. The next morning the gentleman at the front desk made sure that I had some. The breakfast was piping hot and delish! More hotels needs to be like this with their guest because we are the ones whom pay for quality service and that what we receive. We will for now on stay at this hotel when coming from the Lone Star state will stay at this hotel instead of the Little Rock! They Rock! April 2, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Property seems in decline I usually stay in this hotel when in the area for business. It seems that each time I stay here now, there is a little something else not quite right. Nothing that is a deal breaker yet, but just little things. A loose lamp, toilet seat, etc. Just enough to make me think about changing arrangements next time. Was NOT recognized as a club member. March 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The Staff made it right, but... My room was a smoking room once upon a time... I was going to just live with the smell for one night until the smoke detector started beeping. At that point I decided to call the front desk but the phone was not working and I had to walk down to report all the problems and was gave another room across the hall and it was supposed to be a non smoking room but my new key didn't work and I believe that was a blessing since I'm about 99% sure I could hear a television in operation. After another walk down to the front desk I was given yet another room key and a $15.00 discount for all my troubles. At the end of the day, I received a room that didn't smell like smoke but the A/C - Heater unit was making some extra noise. The place is under new management and they are trying to get everything fixed and looks like there is some construction work happening now so should be good rooms ready in the next 30 - 45 days. I will go back, and reccommend the Hotel - I just caught them in the middle of some repairs and pains of new management. February 18, 2014
