Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved the Shower and helpful staff Once we found the hotel which is behind the Shopping Center with a covered walkway to the Shopping Center, we checked in. We walked through the Shopping Center and had a nice dinner. The room was comfortable and everything worked. We especially liked the shower. The height of the shower head was the perfect distance for a shower and we liked the rainfall-like spray from the shower. Everyone was friendly and helpful. July 15, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs some Work The overall experience was just OK, not what you would expect from a Major Hotel chain. In order to have repeat customers you have to have your place ready at all times, you only get one chance to make that first impression a great one and if you mess up you lose business. All it takes is some teamwork and some advance prep to insure everything is spot on for your guest when they arrive. Don't put them in a room when you should know ahead of time the AC is broke and it's not working. June 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay! We stayed at the Pine Bluff hotel over Easter coming and going to visit family in New Orleans. We have stayed many times and the remodeling is just wonderful. There were some issues with the toilet, air conditioner, and frig but Audrey could not have been nicer about it even trying to fix the toilet herself! Would have been nice to have had a handy man on site or at least on call to address the problems. We will continue to stay here when we visit our family in NOLA. May 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Squeaky clean! Stayed at this property last year and was not impressed. This year because of weather conditions I was forced to once again stay here. What a difference! I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is traveling to this city, hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly, service is wonderful. I travel 70% of the time and have seen a turn around like this property has accomplished. April 8, 2014
