Room was very clean and quiet. Shower head was nice and the front desk person was very nice, she even asked me how my day was. Overall great experiance.

I was impressed at how quiet the place was and comfortable. It was newer and the heating unit was quiet and I didn't hear anyone in the hallway or other rooms. The bed was just right. The breakfast was good. And I was greeted very enthusiastically and warmly by the front desk clerk.

The room was very clean and smelled good. I find it more pleasant when the room smells good because I tend to think the room is clean. And which the room was clean.

Stayed one night here. Room was great although was a bit small for the 4 of us, bathroom was an adequate size. Beds were comfy. Indoor pool was perfect for my 4 y/o daughter. I have to say, the complimentary breakfast was the best I've ever had compared to other hotels. We recommend this place.

The breakfast choices were the best we've had at a Holiday Inn Express. The people in charge of the breakfast were also excellent.

Bed was comfortable, and I would bring my own pillows next time, since theirs are very soft. Free wi fi was good, and good breakfast choices. Housekeeping staff was very attentive and actually listened when we asked them to come back in a hour. Location is great and the price was good. In my opinion, Pinetop is definitely the best town on the "string". Close to great hiking at Woodland Lake and the rim trail on the north border of Pinetop/Lakeside. Darbi's restaurant is within walking distance and has really good food! The casino is a hop and skip away if you want to gamble, and the drive to Greer (30 miles) had great fall Aspen color. all in all a great trip!

Upon checkin there were two couples in front of me. They were in need of two ground floor king rooms. There was only one available. I offered the one I reserved for a upstairs 2 queen room. Upon getting my credit card statement I found that I was charged twice. I called the hotel and they said I had booked 2 rooms and was being charged for a no show on one room. In working with my credit card company I was able to reverse the charge. Very, very poor customer service. Especially since I used to stay here often.
