Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Does Not Accept Pets!!!! The hotel is modern and beautifully equipped. However, when I checked in I inquired as to why they didn't accept pets. Instead of receiving an explanation and empathetic reply from the front desk clerk they copped an attitude and stated that I could stay at the competing hotel located across the street which accepted pets. As a long time Priority Club Platinum member I was taken aback by the response. I don't understand why pets are not accepted. This is one over the very few Holiday Inns that don't allow pets. I am a single person and like to travel with my little 7 lb. Maltese, who is caged during the day when I am at work. The other Holiday Inns at which I stay, that allow dogs, all enjoy my dog and, in fact, the housekeeping staff have left nice notes in my room stating how they enjoyed cleaning my room while having a little observer. I am hopeful that this hotels management will rethink their policy on not allowing pets. April 4, 2013

Many choices were available of hot and cold items and the space was constantly monitored. I would encourage others to give it a try and enjoy. March 26, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, clean, clean rooms, plenty of towels. I am handicap, this hotel in Pittsburg is by far the best one I have ever experienced. The caring staff along with the accessible room is excellent. I visit Pittsburg at least 2-3 times a year, and I can stay anywhere, but I always stay here and will continue to do so. February 9, 2013
