Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Even when I am put in a handicapped room (I'm not), it is still a comfortable and relaxing room. Highly recommend this property whenever in Pittsburg. January 3, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Invasion of privacy This is the second time I have stayed here. Both times I have asked for and been granted a late checkout. Each time I have placed the "do not disturb" sign in the door key. Yet, each time the maid has not only knocked, but taken the "do not disturb" sign out of the door key and unlocked the door and entered the room without permission 1 1/2 - 2 hours prior to the late check out time. Each time she has proceeded to state that we needed to be out of the room despite the late check out. Entering the room when there is a "do not disturb" sign in the door key is a complete invasion of privacy. The management needs to insure that this type of action is not tolerated. December 18, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Value and Comfort but Don't Expect Wireless The room was comfortable and a value as a business traveler, however, the Hotel's WiFi was useless. Buffered 95% of the time and then had less than a minute of stream. Both in the evening and early in the morning. Not acceptable for today's business traveler. November 20, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Property Very friendly staff, but no perks for Priority Club were offered. The room was very nice and comfortable. Location is very easy to get to and to travel from. It would be nice if the breakfast was a little better quality and a little more diverse...recently I have had to stay at another chain that also does a similar breakfast and it was so much better in quality and selection. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by nothing special as a priority club platinum member there was nothing really special about this property in fact a little disappointing. No Loyalty perk given ( not even bottle of water) , no recognition of any kind. Guess they dont have to since they are the only show in town. Wash cloth from previous guest was left hanging on shower rod in bathroom, found it in the morning when climbing into the shower. Property is new one saving grace for the overnight stay.
