Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service I do miss the happy hour that the hotel offered before it became a Holiday Inn. There also used to be an outside area I used to enjoy reading on, but that is now closed. Staff is still excellent, room is clean and comfortable. Shuttle is great. October 7, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff and Convenient Location It was my first trip to Pittsburgh, and i finally made it up from Houston, TX. to watch my Steelers play a home game. The staff at Holiday Inn Express made my stay even better. The front desk staff, Chad and Greg, were very courteous and helpful in getting everybody checked in, and providing helpful information to us while dealing with the rush of many people trying to check in. The shuttle service was very nice and convenient, and is one of the main reasons, including location, that our group will be coming back to stay with H.I. Express. Greg was also very helpful in helping me resolve an issue, and exhibited great professionalism and attitude in doing his job. October 6, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pittsburgh, PA Needs more attention to the common areas. The edges of all areas was not clean. Including the elevators. Just a little bit of attention and this would not be a problem. It made us unsure of the rest of the cleanliness. Great Staff. Very helpful with all the Freeway construction in the area. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel - encounter slight issue This hotel is pretty when you walk in. I'm used to hotels having a "Market" to purchase food, beverages, medicine, etc. This hotel had limited offerings and it was in vending machines. The breakfast in the morning seemed good, though I did not eat. Room had weird musky odor to it. October 5, 2015
