Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, updated and comfortable The housekeeper was so friendly and upbeat. She asked if we needed any service and bid us a good day. The front desk staff was friendly and always said hello or have a good day. The breakfast food was awesome and there was something for everyone. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, which is something I don't usually say. My family and I enjoyed our stay. April 15, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by won't be back 12345 I looked at 4 things when booking: 1) airport shuttle. yes they have free service but they also have driving service into Pittsburgh and they are one in the same. we called in advance for pick-up and apparently were given bad info as a result we waited it took upwards of 1 1/2 hour to be picked up. Was told it is a courtesy service and could have taken a cab. 2) 2 queen beds. I got this but the room was hot. temp control reverts back to pre-set temp set by hotel, even if you try and set within the range they give you. Room was hot and uncomfortable sleeping 3) Breakfast was total disaster. Understaffed and on 1st day there was literally no food, we scored an apple. All 6 coffee urns were empty, utensils gone, milk gone, hot food gone... need I continue? Took over an hour to replenish. Like airport shuttle it's a courtesy service, not a priority. Toaster (they have one) and is broken. Breakfast staff were nice but overwhelmed. Second day stock of food was a tad better but room was filthy...no staff to clean tables. No manager was on duty either morning. 4) garage parking. They have it but it's closed. they don't tell you this at check in and there is not a sign anywhere. I was given attitude by the staff when I inquired about my room key not opening the garage door... I got an how dare you try and park there when we didn't tell you that you could park there argument... that was pretty much the attitude with my other issues. It was late and raining when I tried to enter the garage. Backing into the street to exit the closed parking area is dangerous. April 11, 2015

The room was quiet, spacious, and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There is no doubt at all that we will be staying here again when we visit our son in Pittsburgh. April 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent place to stay This hotel looks old from the outside but has been updated my only compliant was the sofa bed mattress it was very thin. The roll away beds look much more comfortable. Thank God my daughter is small I ended up taking the blanket and using it for extra padding on the bed. I can't imagine a grown person have to sleep on it. Over all it was nice we'll probably stay here next time and just not do a sofa bed but request a roll away. April 8, 2015

I never complain when I stay at a hotel but I arrived in the afternoon and was given a room next to a room with screaming children. I hadn't slept in 36 hours and needed sleep so I asked to be switched to a different room.The front desk staff was quickly able to switch my room. I was very satisfied with my stay. April 8, 2015
