I stay in alot oh Holiday Inn Express properties and do recommend this one VERY Clean friendly staff and good breakfast. The only thing I did not care for is the fitness equipment was pretty antiquated worked fine just old in technology.

For the price I paid per night I really was disappointed. The jacuzzi was closed for repairs, pool was outside, so closed as well. No microwave or fridge in room and one wall had what looked like claw marks about 18inches long. The breakfast was blah with no fruit or gravy that other expresses have had. I complained but no discount because it seems, for I booked online. I am also a priority club member and never was acknowledged as such. The staff were nice and they had a nice gym area. Honestly I will be looking at other Holiday inns or somewhere else for future visits.

Had a great experience there. The manager helped us with our check-in and getting to our room. The staff is pleasant and the room was great. Would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect as it was close to major interstates for quick trips to my desired locations.

Very impressed with the cleanliness. The rooms and lobby were very comfortable, but chosing a clean hotel is our number 1 priority. We will stay again for sure.

My stay was required so that I could fly out early the next day. I had stayed 4 nights earlier that week at Meadville Holiday Inn, in Meadville PA, and the customer service I received there was second to none..then to stay at the Airport HI was horrid. I complained about the loud kids in the room next to me 4 times..they never stopped screaming and carrying on..My HD channels werent working..They told me because I was so far from the receiver is why my phone wasnt picking up the internet...Horrible.
From the initial phone call where they told me they wouldnt honor my corprorate discount because their hotel was a airport hotel, I knew I would never use their property again. I will just drive from meadville next time. Thats what Im doing this week.
You airport staff need to drive North a couple hours to Meadville and train under that Hotel on how to treat their guests and priority club members,

First time I have stayed here. The staff were great, breakfast was great, room very clean. I really like the location, shopping everything is not to far away. The fact they have shuttle service to the airport is huge. I will definately stay here again in the future. I enjoyed staying here. Thank you for the great service with a smile.

I have stayed there before, and each time I had Seth check me in. He is courteous and very friendly. He even remembered me from my last visit. Although we left very early, there were still some things available for breakfast - even a bagged breakfast if you wanted one, which I thought was very neat. I once again enjoyed my stay there, and will definitely stay there in the future.

As a Priority Platinum member I typically get a great/good room.
I have stayed at this property several times due to its location to airport. My last couple experiences have been very below par. It is not always the staff, but the room and hotel quality. The past stay I was given an adjoining room. The walls are are so thin, I could make out the conversation on my neighbors 4am wake up call. Then, the alarm clock went off at 5am with no one to turn offf as the person had check out. The toilet and tub continued to run all night, too. When advised the morning clerk, her response was we look into it. No apology or how can fix your poor night sleep.

The first night we arrived vey late the hotel was sold out and we understand that,so the room we were assigned had no blackout drapes although it was in the newer part of the hotel, we had the lights from the parking lot and also the Bayer sign ( to say nothing of anyone could look into the room especially when the lights were on, this was on the first floor) So even thought we were very tired (we had just flown across the country) our sleep was not great. But the next morning when I went to the front desk they quickly moved us to another room that was quite comfortable for the remainder of our stay (they are in the process of renovating so it is very understandable. There could have been a little more varity at breakfast as there was in the Holiday Inn Express we stayed at in NYC. Aside fromt hat the staff was wonderful and the service was good.
