Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast attendant The night time staff was wonderful, friendly and informative. The breakfast monitor was angry for having to clean up spilled pancake mix because the pancake machine was broken and I tried to use it. She knew it was broken but did not put an out of order sign on it. She has also let everything run out, pastries, coffee, eggs, sausage and bacon. There were only two cereal boxes left. She slammed things around, but eventually refilled all the breakfast foods. June 25, 2015

Took the shuttle but the air conditioning was out and unlikely this would be fixed in the near future. Impressed with the courteous staff and the work out facilities. We would stay there again. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Misinformed about parking When we called to make our reservation, we were told that we could park our two cars in their parking lot. Upon arrival, we were told this would not be possible - they only allow one car per room and were oversold on rooms. Our only parking option for the second car was street parking. We were able to park behind the hotel on the other side of the security fence around the hotel's parking lot, but to get to/from the car involved walking about the block, which included going past a homeless shelter and the car was across the street from a substance abuse center with several shady people wandering around. The pancake machine at the breakfast bar did not work after several attempts to fix it by an employee. Another patron mentioned that it had not worked the day before either. The breakfast bar staff could not keep up with the demand for several items on the breakfast bar and could not have been more unfriendly about it even when I thanked her after waiting for several minutes. There are freight trains within 50 yards of the hotel that run all night long with a railroad crossing behind the hotel which requires them to sound their horns every time they pass, so earplugs are recommended. Was very surprised that a newer, modern hotel did not have thermostats in the room which took some time to dial in to achieve and maintain a comfortable temperature. June 22, 2015
