Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Good shower, poor WIFI WIFI did not work in the evening. We wanted to take the shuttle to the Pirate game, but were not guaranteed that the shuttle would be available after the game to bring us back. August 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 great service all of your employees were very pleasant and helpful especially Robin at the front desk.. the people were very friendly especially to my 2 young grandsons. they made our stay very enjoyable. the housekeeping were also very friendly and helpful thank you to all. we only had one problem that was caused from the room above leaving the shower curtain out of the tub causing it to drip in our bathroom but they were able to correct the problem in a very rapid response. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Disappointed i had reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. When we checked in we were given a hearing impaired room, with no couch. When I called the front desk they told me they had no rooms with couches left. They brought a roll away bed which we were barely able to open in the room. Not acceptable!!! August 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice view on the river, great location close to downtown I was surprised that we did not have ready room for us when we came to the hotel around 5pm. However, the staff was very nice and professional, we were able to get a temporary card which helped us to use bathroom and park our car for free on the hotel's parking lot. It was worth to wait, because we received a suite with a view on the river and Pittsburgh downtown. I didn't care for breakfast but I am used to Holidays Inn continental breakfast, They just so unhealthy and without taste, but I am not a bigger eater in the morning so it works well for me. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and good location. This is a good hotel for staying on the Southside. Convienent to Carson St with a wide variety of restaurants and drinking establishments. Staff is friendly and very helpful and there is a hot breakfast to start the day. Definitely worth checking out. August 17, 2015
