Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall a great hotel experience! The first time I arrived at this hotel was a complete surprise because I had been expecting so much less. I didn't expect the beds to be so comfortable and the rooms so modern. I didn't expect to find a working microwave and coffee station in my room. I was expecting just a bed and plumbing, for the most part. Instead it was a relaxing, comforting, and fairly luxurious hotel experience that was a little more refined. The complimentary breakfast was another amazing perk along with the fitness center and business center because I don't get internet on my low budget phone. If you enjoy swimming, their pool is another nice feature to take advantage of. The only negatives I experienced with this particular hotel was on a previous stay where I had to split rooms with someone else... The hotel staff that night was just one woman who was polite, but ended up giving myself and the other person the wrong keys to our rooms. The other person I showed up with was staying for only one night and I was staying for two nights, so when the first night was over, hotel staff knocked on my door while I was getting out of the shower and informed me that my room was supposed to have been checked out of. I understand that the woman who checked us in was noticeably busy with unexpected phone calls that she absolutely had to take, but she should have understood that I was staying for two nights and to have provided me with the correct key. She was, however, very polite and otherwise efficient so I don't expect any other genuine problems to arise. The hotel is in a decent location for a short walk into the city and the features of the hotel are superb for the price. April 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by value I think the cost of the hotel was a little on the pricey side. We ended up choosing this hotel regardless of the high price because we wanted someplace that was close to the concert and didn't have to drive. It was also very disappointing to have to pay for parking in addition to the cost of the hotel. Aside from the price the hotel was very nice and so was the staff. The shuttle service was also very nice to have. We used it a few different times during our stay. April 11, 2015
