Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overbooked and an unorganized Staff I had maybe my worst experience every at any Hotel!!! I have been a Club Member for a few years now so I am always staying at Holiday Inns. When we arrived at 3:00 PM on 10/03/15 the line for Check In was almost out the door and took over 20 minutes to get to the counter. We were issued room # 504 which to our surprise was assigned to another guest who we walked in on!!! After apologizing several times to that guest we went back down. I was forced to wait an additional 20 + minutes in line just to tell them they gave me a room with someone in it! The lady at the counter then tries to say there are no more rooms and she needs to find her manager. I explained how I had these reservations for over 6 months and we just traveled 4hrs from Dayton, OH. This took another 20 minutes until they finally found us another room. After all this and wasting over an hour just trying to get in our room, all I was compensated was free parking. I will never stay at that hotel again, and I only hope the person we walked in on made the same complaint. October 7, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wouldn't recommend I am a loyal Holiday Inn customer, however, this experience was less than pleasant. Service was not up to Holiday Inn standards. We had to ask for towels both days, we didn't get shampoo, there was no fan in the bathroom causing lots of humidity, we were asked twice within 10 minutes if we were ready to check-out and that was 2 hours BEFORE checkout was required, the bedding wasn't very clean and the shuttle driver made an inappropriate joke. I wouldn't stay here again if we return to the area, September 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good experience. Although the hotel is on the south side, we used their free shuttle service to get to many of the places we wanted to see. Not having to drive into the heart of the city was great. and our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great reading lights by the bed. The breakfast choices were good and the dining room was clean. The staff was excellent. Overall, I would rate this hotel highly. September 21, 2015
