Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by On a COLD Night This was a last minute booking, a friend was in an auto accident. Staff and room were excellent ! Beds were very comfortable, room, grounds and hallways were clean and crisp. Only Cons with this hotel is the 14 dollar parking fee, just add it into the cost of the room, felt like they nickel a dime you with that. Bathroom was great except the shower surround had a LARGE crack in it and needs replaced, I expect better at a Holiday Inn. LOVED the LED bendable lights on the headboard, wonderful if the 2nd person is sleeping, provides light to the room without lighting up the room. February 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Property in South Pittsburgh This property is nestled in the South-side of Pittsburgh and appears to have been recently renovated. The room we had was beautiful complete with two decorative pillars adorning each side of the room and forming a kind of transition from the couch/living area and the sleeping area. Very nice! The breakfast was delicious and hot - and you gotta love those cinnamon rolls! Our only complaint was that the pool was absolutely frigid - the kids jumped in anyway, but it was too cold for my wife and I to join them and make it a true family affair. February 23, 2015

Wishing I could say that I received similar service from other hotels...not the case. Well done! Only negative was there was no batter for the pancake machine - was looking forward to a cheat meal before my return home. February 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean hotel, close to train tracks This Holiday Inn is very clean and updated. The rooms are comfortable and the water pressure is good. It is a little close to the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper and on the back side of the hotel, you might get woken up by the train every night. Staff was very good for day shift and ok for night shift. Took them a long time to check us in but we were a group of 20 people. Took way too long to get the conference room opened in the evening. We had much better luck with quicker response time with the day staff. February 23, 2015
