Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Incredibly Disappointing I have a voicemail out to the General Manager and an email sent with no response thus far as of Tuesday morning and it is Thursday night. Hour late check-in because rooms weren't ready so we had to move our dinner reservations, broken toilet that was never fixed by maintenance after a call, very very rude employees, broken pool, broken shuttle, slowest elevators, and ran into several other guests in the lobby who were all complaining about their stays as well. Would never use this establishment again and am appalled I was charged at all for such a disappointing experience. May 28, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointing Just returned from a two night stay at this property and was very disappointed. So many problems I don't know where to begin. Checked in at 9:00 pm and proceeded to our room with our three young kids. Massive party going on down the hall with smoke detector going off, really loud music, people spilling into the hallway and people getting off the elevator with cases of beer. We head to our room, insert the key and door opens one inch. Someone is in the room with the security latch on. Head all the way back to the front desk where there is one employee dealing with a line of people arriving on a Friday night. I explain the situation and she assures me no one is in the room. After several minutes of explaining, I finally convince her we cannot get in the room. She moves us to another floor when I explain about the party. She doesn't seem concerned or surprised about the party. The room is fine at first but there are no sheets for the sofa bed. Call down and get the same overworked woman. She says she will send them up with the security guard. We wait 45 minutes and I call again. At his point my son has fallen asleep on the floor. Eventually the sheets arrive. Go to use the reading light. Broken. The next day, we go to use the pool. Closed for maintenance. We enter the parking lot late after our event and there are no spots. We are supposed to have guaranteed parking. Trek to the front desk and they tell us to park in front of their security gate. Housekeeping showed up at 4:00 pm to clean the room. These aren't huge things by themselves but together they made for a very frustrating stay. May 25, 2015
