Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sub par housekeeping service Upon entering room noticed sticky note in shower that reads, need to be cleaned when caulking dry. Notified front desk & maintenance arrived & I wasn't able to get a clear yes or no as to if it was cleaned but stated they told staff that this room was to be the last filled & there were others they could have assigned to us. The next morning we leave room & return in afternoon & room hasn't been cleaned. We needed to shower & be ready to leave hotel by 5:30 pm & when asked front desk if they had an idea when they would get to us, answered, the service works until 6pm & we don't know how they are assigned to clean rooms. At 4pm housekeeping said our room is next so we went to lobby for 45 minutes & returned to find no one in site & room not done. We left room @ 5:15 & room had not yet been started. We returned to room late in pm & room was cleaned but upon arising in a.m. to shower there were no washcloths & empty tissue box not replaced. Also, had to ask for cups & tea bags. September 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service all of your employees were very pleasant and helpful especially Robin at the front desk.. the people were very friendly especially to my 2 young grandsons. they made our stay very enjoyable. the housekeeping were also very friendly and helpful thank you to all. we only had one problem that was caused from the room above leaving the shower curtain out of the tub causing it to drip in our bathroom but they were able to correct the problem in a very rapid response. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed i had reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. When we checked in we were given a hearing impaired room, with no couch. When I called the front desk they told me they had no rooms with couches left. They brought a roll away bed which we were barely able to open in the room. Not acceptable!!! August 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice view on the river, great location close to downtown I was surprised that we did not have ready room for us when we came to the hotel around 5pm. However, the staff was very nice and professional, we were able to get a temporary card which helped us to use bathroom and park our car for free on the hotel's parking lot. It was worth to wait, because we received a suite with a view on the river and Pittsburgh downtown. I didn't care for breakfast but I am used to Holidays Inn continental breakfast, They just so unhealthy and without taste, but I am not a bigger eater in the morning so it works well for me.
