Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service Hotel staff gave excellent customer service. While attending a conference in Indianapolis, the transmission failed on our car. My wife would drop me off at the convention center at 8:00AM and pick me up in the evening. The transmission failed after dropping me off in the morning on the return trip to the hotel. The Holiday Inn Express staff helped my wife tend to our disabled automobile. They helped with recommendations for local mechanics and other services. Most of all, the staff did not let us feel abandoned. They were friendly and genuinely concerned. Without the assistance provided by Holiday Inn Express staff our trip would have been a disaster. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Comfortable Great Hotel I drove down from Traverse City Michigan and stayed at this Hotel for 2 days. The front desk staff was friendly. My room was very clean, plenty of towels, and even though it was a hot August day my room was a cool comfortable temperature. The property has a pool - although I did not use it, it too looked very clean. The hotel also has ample parking that is safe and well lit, and there are many good restaurants very near the hotel. I will definitely stay here again. August 20, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Room The room is nice. Bed is comfortable and the linens are nice. I wasn't pleased by the stray hairs I found in the bathroom in the corner by (and on) the bathtub. I didn't report this to the staff because I had already unpacked and didn't want to have to repack and move. August 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice place to stay My wife and I stayed 2 nights, I was having tests done at IU Medical Center. It was very convenient getting to and from the hospital. Very clean rooms and the staff did a great job getting us in and out in a very professional and friendly manor. We plan to stay again in the next few days when I have my surgery at IU. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Smelled like smoke and poor quality mattress with scratchy sheets. The staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel décor was nice. The main problem was our room smelled like tobacco smoke. They offered to change rooms but the room I looked at smelled just as bad. also, the mattress felt very cheap and was uncomfortable, we did not sleep very good. Also they need to invest in new sheets, the were stiff and scratchy. August 7, 2014
