The room was comfortable and roomy. I was able to relax and get a good nights rest. I had a first floor room and it was not noisy.

CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH..HORRIBLE EVERYTHING...IF YOU LIKE NASTY CARPET,UNFRIENDLY FRONT DESK ,LOUD DOOR BANGING ROUND THE CLOCK,AND BEST PART IF YOUR A PLATINUM MEMBER..NOT EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER LIKE EVERY H.I.E. I HAVE STAYED IN THE USA AND EUROPE...BEST PART OF THIS HOTEL IS THE "STAYBRIDGE" NEXT DOOR, NICE, CLEAN,FRIENDLY,PLATINUM GET YOU A BOTTLE OF WATER AND SO MUCH MORE..TOO BAD THE H.I.E. COULDNT BE UPDATED AND THEN MANAGED BY THE STAYBRIDGE MANAGER.

Staff were good but it was extremely noisy with interstate traffic. will never stay there again.

When I checked in I was not greeted as Priortiy Club member. In addition there was a problem with the reservation which was prepaid by travel agent.Eventually it was resolved but it took almost half an hour to do so after I called my agent.
In addition I asked for a wake up call three days. I got the wake up call one day. I informed the front desk and nothing was done other than to say, Sorry.
The noise from the Interstate kept me awake.
I will not stay here again.

Was treated very well by staff. Facilities were very good. Every area clean. Plenty of towels in room. Had hot tub room which was nice. Only thing was the "light" blanket, could not find a tag where to buy those, it was awsome. Lightweight but warm !!! Bed very comfortable. Breakfast area well stocked and clean. The great person keeping it cleaned and stocked was very polite and did a great job. Will stay there again when I'm in the area.

The room was very clean and well stocked with the necessities. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of food and choices - even with all the FFA families there.
Staff was very friendly and helpful especially when my key quit working.

I arrived at the hotel after 4pm and my room was not ready. I was finally given another room upstairs. When I checked out early on Tuesday I had to go to the desk and ask for my bill and it was not ready, nor could it be produced. It was promised to be e-mailed to me. Still waiting two weeks later. Though a Priority Club member for several years- my status was not recognized by the staff.
