Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is great They treat everyone like family. Jennifer is always smiling and seems to enjoy seeing the regulars. Lori, the van driver knows most of her passengers by name. Pam, the cook,Debbie, the relief cook, keeps the food fresh and plentiful. There just isn't enough good things to say about the 'Inn' people. Both Lanas, Marcey, Katie, Christina, Candie, Jessie, Bennie, Mark, Rebecca, all the housekeeping staff - I know I am forgetting someone - are all worthy of acknowledgement. Thanks HIE. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Never again! Unfortunately, I booked the wrong hotel intending to stay at the Staybridge Suites and booked the special so the first night was billed to my card. So I decided to try the hotel out since I couldnt cancel without penalty. What a mistake! What I can say about this property is the young lady who checked me in was awesome, giving me a top floor room which is my preference. After that forget it it. The room smelled like mildew. The breakfast was awful, undercooked omelets and weak coffee. The attendant just standing around comfortable with there lame attempt at putting a decent breakfast out. I checked out and went next door to the Staybridge. What a difference and cheaper too. I will never stay there again and made a recommendation to my local friends and family to stay at the Staybridge or down the street at the Homewood Suites, not here. June 5, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 one little thing Monday was Memorial Day, a holiday and a day to sleep in and relax. Check out at 12 was fine but I wish we had been told at check in that breakfast only went to 9:30 on Monday. Assuming Sat. and Sun would be the same as a holiday I was quite disappointed to miss breakfast on our last day. It's fine if you have to shorten the service but it would have been nice to know. It made check out more hurried since we needed to get packed and go find a meal before our flight home. June 1, 2013
