Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful after concert Hotel is central to xfinity and Gillette. We have stayed here four times this past year and have been happy each time. The check in is easy, rooms clean , and the bedding is comfortable. Our only complaint, and I have voiced this before is the breakfast. The woman who works the breakfast is always rushed and seems overwhelmed and unhappy. We purposely came 45 minutes before closing to have the variety (we have gone 30 minutes prior to closing and had most items gone) and the biscuits and cinnamon rolls were empty, she stated they were all gone. If you are serving breakfast until 9:30 then you need to fill the items until then. I understand that you do not want to throw food away but 45 minutes is a long time to be out of food. There had to be at least 20 people who came after us. It was the morning after a big concert so,you should know to plan ahead. Despite that complaint we will return. August 15, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not pleased booked one room and was given a different room. staff did not care at all about the conflict were not trying to keep me happy at all. actually they ignored me for quite some time by continuously answering the phone even though there were three staff working. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by three day stay This hotel is clean and quiet, away from business area but has several good eating establishments very nearby. Rooms were clean and well kept. Fitness room had several broken items and heated pool was not working, Minor unless you need these items August 14, 2014
