The hotel just really nice, a way above most of HI Exp. The hotel is new (at least it feels like completely new), modern, very clean. The room was really spacious and with modern furniture and felt really fresh. What is also good and important for light sleepers it was quite, especially considering that the hotel was just a mile or so from a highway. I'm a light sleeper and I was able to sleep comfortable with an open window. Staffs were all nice and very responsive to my requests.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jacqueline81 Excellent location!
Great location for access to 95/495 and Route 1. Very close to Outlets, Stadium and Casino.
Older Hotel with resent renovation...Not fancy, but comfortable and safe.
Unfortunately, the hotel has a small fitness room and only has an outdoor pool.
Overall excellent value and friendly staff!

The room was not as clean as I expected it reminded me of a cheap Motel because of stains on Chair and mold in bathroom.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GoingGal Quiet - Large Room - Great Folks
This is an older hotel that appears to have been recently remodeled. Check in was friendly but they only had one luggage cart that an earlier guest must have taken to their room so it wasn’t available for our use. The front desk clerk offered to help us with our bags but we politely declined. We just made two trips to our car with our stuff.
The hotel was lightly populated the night we stayed and this might have been a contributing factor but we didn’t hear a single sound once we got to our room. It was gloriously quiet.
Our room was large and spacious and it included a wet bar in the room which was handy. The decor was modest and comfortable.
The bath counter was nice and wide and we had plenty of space to lay out our toiletries. Our bathtub was a whirlpool and I had to work very hard to get the stopper to work. I wasted quite a bit of water before I finally managed to get it plugged. I felt bad about that but it couldn’t be avoided.
I found the bad to be very comfortable but the sheets were a little too fuzzy for my liking. I like nice crisp, cool cottons that have a sleek feel and the sheets on our bed were far from that.
Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the sausage gravy and I put in on the hard boiled eggs they offered. The hot eggs presented were the little egg hockey pucks which aren’t too good so I avoided those. I really liked the Yoplait Greek Vanilla yogurt they had. The OJ was fine but it did seem to be more of an orange drink. Also, the coffee was very weak; I wish Holiday Inn Express hotels would start offering a dark roast option.
