Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Favorite Hotel I love this hotel! I have stayed at others in the past, but have only stayed here for the last several years. The staff is extremely nice and make you feel like family. They also go out of their way to be helpful. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. I especially like the well maintained rooms and how quite they are. I am in hotels over 200 nights a year in many different cities but this one is by far my favorite! February 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Decor and Updated Hotel We stayed one night at this hotel. Upon checking in, there was no mention of my reward status and I had to ask for a complimentary upgrade as it was not mentioned. I was then given a "suite", which had a sofa and chair, but the bed was not in a seperate area. I was also given a complimentary bottle of water. The decor was nice in the breakfast area and in the rooms. The rooms had a microwave and a small refrigerator. The only negative thing I could say about this stay was that when I went to use the microwave it was dirty. There was a dried clump of food on the turntable. Also in the bathtub near the overflow drain there was an area of reddish spots and I was not sure if it was dirty or just an old rust area. But if we ever stay in the area of Plano in the future I would still consider staying there. December 18, 2013
