Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Door issues, dont use the GPS address Location was hard to find in the GPS my rental car company provided. The hotel was booked full, the door to my room would not work. I arrived late and was worn out. The girl at the counter was bombarded with people and I understand she was busy, she handled customers great and very attentive to each one of there needs. I had explained to her what happened and she printed me new keys. The new set of keys didn't work at all. The Box you enter the key into didn't light up. after returning to the desk I waited some more until the Lady found a black box. She cut the key in a way and we walked to my room. The door was opened about 45-1hour after my arrival. My experience wasn't a personal problem but a hotel maintenance problem. February 23, 2015
