Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Would Recommend! We stayed here due to my mom having an appt at the Texas Back Institute. When i made my reservations, I was unaware of discounts when you were staying because of an appt. The check-in young lady informed me of this and gave me the discount at check-in. I was so appreciative. Everything was so clean and everyone very friendly. It is easy to get to as well. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone. May 13, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Confirmation mix up I had reserved a suite and had the confirmation number. They said all the suites were already occupied?? Then they charged us the amount for a suite....not a double room. They did change the rate after confrontation. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days. Another confrontation just to get fresh towels. The following day, the room hadn't been cleaned by 5:30 pm. We had to leave the room while they cleaned even tho we were trying to get ready for dinner. All we got was a "sorry, we are busy!". We had stayed at another Holiday Inn Express in Allen, Texas 2 weeks prior to staying with ya'll and the price of the room was cheaper and the room was much nicer and bigger. I have just recently became a rewards member and I am already disappointed. May 10, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fouad's great attitude and 1st-class treatment much appreciated I attempted to check in early. Fouad greeted me and although a room matching my specifications wasn't available yet, he noticed my Priority Club status and immediately offered me a free upgrade. I will definitely return to this hotel when I'm in the area. Note that during a trip where my GPS couldn't seem to work right EVER, it found the hotel without incident. The hotel was the only stop on my trip that the GPS was able to find without any problems. (Garmen GPS used). April 8, 2013
