Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by mold major mold problem, odor was overwhelming .... got little sleep as my allergies were triggered by the mold spores. was able to see actual mold in bathroom , on wall, was of a black color - my guess the mold was mainly in carpet was reimbursed for only one of the two nights... should be both nights... i just wanted to get out of there and the front desk attendant was more than willing to just let me check out early and indicated she knew of mold problem also, could not connect to wifi with instructions given not much more than the only plus for me was the location i had to find another hotel for the next night and spent more than i was wanting to on this trip..... and the other hotel did not have ANY mold issues whatsoever.... even during the rain storms that Dallas was having at the time - so holiday inn cannot blame the mold problem on the rain.... the existing mold was triggered by the humidity... the mold must be removed so not to have ANY mold spores present in first place May 27, 2015

The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows . Fresh smelling room and clean bathroom. I would happily stay in another Holiday Inn Express. May 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Guest Services Guest service was very warm and courteous. Was greeted by the front desk with a caring and concerned attitude. The overall reception was totally welcoming, especially after a five hour drive to arrive at this destination. This was most refreshing. Breakfast in the great room was inviting by the smell of the fresh baked cinnamon rolls which was quite yummy. May 20, 2015
