Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by todo bien solo la comida no Deverian poner mas variedad y productos de calidad la leche sabia horrible, los hotkakes crudos, Todos los dias huevos, frijoles, y chilaquiles , solo un dia hotkakes y papas, los chilaquiles solo se guisaban chile jalapeño molido y eso no es un recaudo para chilaquiles , malisimos los huevos sancochados no los cocian bien , los frijoles de los mas baratisimos que barbaros malisimos Ademas deverian de contar con venta de alimentos en todo el dia por lo menos hot-dogs, hambuguesas, burritos, sandwiches, pizzas para que no tuvieramos la necesidad de salir . con respecto al transporte deberian poner mas salidas y hubicar un Dr cercano confiable ya que yo tuve la nececidad de uno y no saben informar nada en la recepcion ademas de salir tantas veces en taxi a buscar , la habitacion y las nstalacion muy limpias no hay nada mal todo estubo muy bien , si volveria solo pongan mas empeño a los alimentos, gracias !!!!! Lo único que no me gustó fue lo limitado del buffet del desayuno, entiendo que es express pero sería recomendable ampliar las opciones. Algo desagradable fue que hicieran trabajos de mantenimiento en horas que los huéspedes descansan, hubieron ruidos de taladro. Por todo lo demás, estuvo bien. August 14, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst vacation Ever I arrived on 07/31/14, my first impression of the hotel was good. They receptionist spoke very little English but we worked it out. The concierge spoke no English and was totally useless to us. The check inn went quickly and I had my key card very quickly. When I went to my room and checked my bank account I noticed an error in billing. They mistakenly double charged for the room. I notified management and was told to provide a copy of my bank statement showing both charges. I complied but as of yesterday 08/09/14 the charges still had not been removed. I had to call my bank to have it removed and disputed, For some reason getting face towel were like pulling teeth. We got them the first two days only. After that housekeeping refused to provide them. Suddenly they couldn't understand what we wanted. Being double charged affected what we did on this vacation. We had to penny pinch to eat and walk instead of a cab. August 10, 2014
