I think she was doing an internship or something but she was by far the best front desk service ever. She recommended us several places for dinner. She went online and printed out directions and even she sent us text message with the address... simply amazing customer services. Way to go Grace. January 15, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by last minute stay We had just bought a house that day and had nowhere to stay. We had no toiletries no nothing. I had been awake for 28 hours and couldn't muster the energy to unload anything from the truck. The staff provided absolutely everything we needed to get us to the next day. However, at check-in I did get to experience a great and friendly staff. The staff member certainly made me feel welcome and rolled out the carpet with cookies! The room was comfortable and spacious. We have stayed here multiple times as our daughter attends a college nearby and we are always pleased with both the service and the property in general. After staying at a few hotels in the area the Holiday Inn Express is our hotel of choice in the area. Property maintenance is excellent, staff is always friendly and helpful and the breakfast bar is always well stocked and attended to. October 26, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our daughter's wedding was perfect... ...because the staff of this facility is so dedicated to what they do and the comfort of their guests. They shuttled out-of-town guests, answered myriad questions, and in general just made everyone feel at home. My worries as the mother of the bride were lessened because of the responsibilities that Dawn and her staff took on for us. I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Kenosha visiting friends or participating in activities at Carthage College. This one is a gem! October 25, 2012
