Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Kyle at front desk - rude, obnoxious and aweful! Kyle at front desk - not accommodating, he complained about doing his job. Check in process took 1/2 hour. I felt as I was an inconvenience to him. Not recognized as IHG member. Was told my points don't count when I travel for business. Over all VERY poor customer service. June 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gorgeous Room! We stayed at this property on a Friday night. We attended a wedding just down the road. It was a very nice place to stay. The room was big, clean and well furnished. The bed was comfortable. The linen was excellent. Bathroom was a decent size and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. But could use a little more variety (toppings for plain oatmeal, waffles, omellettes?) Otherwise wonderful stay! June 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Room and stay was good. We have a service dog and it is a no pet hotel. The manager heard the dog and knocked on our door and was pretty abrupt asking if it was a service dog and if I'd announced that upon check in. Once he verified my story with the front desk, then he was very polite. Don't think it's good to judge someone guilty before finding out the answer. June 6, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Watch the tricky billing I reserved three rooms ahead of time and informed them I would be paying cash when I checked in. Not only did they preauthorize the rooms and take the money all out of my bank account the morning of my check in, but they charged another 10% on each room for "incidentals" even though I told them I wouldn't have any. My mother paid for the third room herself when she checked in too, so I am now waiting possibly ten days to have the third room refunded to my account, as well as all the xtra 10% on all three rooms!! I used a debit card, so this all came out of my checking account and I was NOT told ahead of time. Lucky for me I didn't bounce any checks because I surely could have. Not a good business practice and certainly a worse practice not to tell people. May 29, 2014

The staff was always helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness was always great. The convenience of elevator, lounge and breakfast area were a plus for anyone with limited mobility I would definitely recommend this hotel. May 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Comfortable and Secure. Worth the few dollars more. We only stayed one night, in town for a company function. Very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, nicely appointed and modern. The windows have black out drapes so it was nice and dark for sleeping. the hotel is a mile or more from the highway, so it's much quieter and darker than a "highway hotel". Nice. The side and back doors were secure and locked at all times and you will need your key card to get in. Simple but nice to see working locks. The room was very quiet, only the plumbing sound of the water being used in adjoining rooms keeps the sleep quality from being "excellent" but it was no problem, really. The breakfast provided is much more than continental, but we just grabbed bagels and coffee on the way out. But everyone seemed to be enjoying the food and you could absolutely have breakfast there. Because we were only there overnight we had limited (none really) interaction with the staff other than checking in, they were very nice. I would absolutely recommend the hotel and stay here again. Hotel is clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bed was enjoyable. Breakfast was great. My 8 year old son greatly enjoyed the pancake maker...he could do it himself. May 7, 2014

The lady at the from desk managed to put our rooms next to each other (This was a family outing) which was exceptional, and has never happened to us before. She is the lady with the sholder length dark hair. She even remembered my name. April 23, 2014

This was by far the nicest room I have stayed in. everything was clean, comfortable, plenty of space, and a great layout. I would recommend this location to anyone. January 27, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by fun time and rooms are big and nice The rooms were very big and nice with fridge and microwave , extra space so it didn't feel like a normal hotel room. I do wish that breakfast on the weekends was served earlier than 7am but we made do , the food was very good for my daughter who is 11 years old. The staff was friendly and nice but they need to pay more attention to my IHG number that was not credited to me until I called back two days later. All in all I would stay again. Excellent, quiet, uneventful nights with excellent friendly service and a wonderful breakfast bar. We came back and stayed here the very next weekend again, and nothing was any different other than additional friendly staff. We have already booked additional weekends. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable, friendly staff This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel in the last 4 months. The staff are very friendly and attentive to any needs. I appreciate the oversized rooms making it feel more homey. The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast is good. Though only open until 9:30 am, they did not start closing it down right away, rather they brought fresh food out, allowing the later morning people to enjoy their breakfast without being rushed. Two of my visits occurred over holidays. The owner worked extended shifts both times allowing other staff to have more time off with their families which speaks volumes for the concern of their employees. My only negative comment is that I found the beds to be a little too hard for me during one of my stays. December 30, 2013
